Severely understaffed. Employees are professional and friendly and make the best of an awful situation. On-line reservation and payment did not keep me from having to stand in line and wait 15 minutes. Waterbury has more staff to expedite the process.

Ross CI actually, went in to rent a truck, on Oct.27th, with my son, while there, I was taken care by a lovely Lady, District Manager, named Keishla Rios . Let me tell you, people, please go see her, she is undoubtedly, the heart and soul of this U- Haul Storage Facility. She is a true GEM 💎 she truly gives you her 100% all!! She is without a doubt, a person that puts people's needs first! She is as sincere as it gets! Thank you so very much Keishla, for making my experience with you such a wonderful, and positive one!!! ELEAZAR II originally scheduled my hitch installation for 830am and received a text 2 days before confirming the time for 715am. I called and the lady told me someone at the store changed it. How dare you people change someone's time without contacting them to make sure it was okay!!! I will never do business with you guys again. Enjoy my $324 cause that's all you will ever get from me again. Besides that issue, the hitch does look great but still never again because of your customer service.

ASHLEY TNeed more people working the front desk. It was busy when I returned the truck and only 1 person was working and couldn’t get a break. The worker was doing the best she could but the work load is for more than one employee.
LUISA BGet rid of online check in drop off! It took longer to do it that way then when I used to wait in line. Also, the timing for the return should start from after you have the keys. I went thru a half hour checking in and picking up and it left me with less time to use the truck😡
CHRISTINE AI had to track someone down for assistance but once I found someone they were about to assist.

JOSEPH FWe have rented from this location at least 3x and have another truck scheduled. Normally, the service is excellent, but on this last rental, the woman at the service was rude, and unhelpful. I had submitted my reservation confirming counter check-in, and she flat out refused to assist. On our last visit, I had neglected to bring my phone, and that employee was beyond friendly and helpful, but this experience was the polar opposite. Disappointing. We have one more rental coming up, and then we will not live near this location anymore. Fingers crossed for a better experience.

TODD BI would suggest having better technicians to maintain the equipment. When I picked up the trailer a tail light was out. I brought it to their attention and the employee claimed to have repaired it have way back from my destination the same tail light fell out of the socket. Causing me to pull over on the highway and almost getting hit and police stopping to warn me about stopping in the highway. So that’s why I suggest better technicians

JOSEPH BThe team members did not have our equipment ready. They had us get our own vehicle and trailer which we requested they get and hook up. Upon return, no one came out (as the sign stated) and we were asked to back the trialed back in its place. We did not. Further, our trucks had was not at what the contract stated. Overall I was disappointed in the pick up and drop off experience. The truck and trailer ran fine. I would not use this location again.

DAVID Mequipment was not maintained. trailer had a tire installed to close to fender not visible to customer eye creating a potentially hazadardous situation for my family. Flagged by other drivers warning of intense noise and smoke. had to have tire replaced delaying trip 3 hours . representative advised the danger of flipping entire vehicle if tire dislodged. Unacceptable

susan m | Overall ExperienceIssues with entering the unit had I waited until after hours which I had planned to do I wouldn’t have had access to the until to unload the truck we rented in time for the next day return. My code didn’t work to get in so I called the office and they were open I had to go get a card to get in I go back down to the unit and there was a note stating there was a lock included but not in the unit itself I called the office again, same person I spoke to about access, she stated I had to go back up and retrieve the lock… just a bit annoyed with the customer service and lack of attention to detail.

I was not informed that i would not get a unit size as requested and reserved and only found this out the sat of my move which made the situation stressful. The facility did not even have the unit size that I needed. I then needed to reserve TWO smaller units at a combined higher price than I wanted/needed to pay. There are rodent boxes in the units that may me feel extremely uneasy to store my important and meaningful personal belongings.
