DAVID Mequipment was not maintained. trailer had a tire installed to close to fender not visible to customer eye creating a potentially hazadardous situation for my family. Flagged by other drivers warning of intense noise and smoke. had to have tire replaced delaying trip 3 hours . representative advised the danger of flipping entire vehicle if tire dislodged. Unacceptable
ANNETTE GTire with leak left me with flat on car pick up. Broken running lights on trailer. Snapped safety chain. Tire straps are ripped up. Accident waiting to happen. Said trailer just had a safety check and repair.

NELSON CInstaller was very nice but was unfamiliar with installing a hitch on BMW X1. Appointment was 10:30. Got checked in at10:45. Was told they were finishing another installation and my installation should ready by 12:45. At 12:30 they were just starting my vehicle. Then there was a delay watching installation videos. Finally finished my install at 3:45. 5 hour wait is too long.

Linette PThe counter check out should be easier. I still had to do so much on the phone still. Most of the employees displayed good attitudes. What I didn't like is they say reservation guaranteed or you receive $50. My reservation was pushed back and hour and a half. So the reservation wasn't guaranteed but I as told I needed to not receive a truck at all to get the $50. I rented 4 times in a week and I think there should be some time of discount offered at some point. Im not blaming the location for this but there should be some types of discount offers. Out of 4 trucks rented...2 had the gas amount upon pick was different from conctrat, 1 truck had dog hair all over the seats. But they were very nice about correcting the issues.
Ray LHire another person, the installer was the only one there for a while and a hitch took 3+ hours. He had to take care of all the walk ins instead of my car while i was waiting there. installer was great

ROBERT LGentleman that helped me place the appliance dolly, take pics of vehicle & insured all was set- that “I was comfortable leaving for my process was so full of good caring customer service - it mattered to him” He was phenomenal!! The girls at the desk not so much. I was skeptical while waiting for help & the girl that finally serviced me was ok but seemingly the girl who was the lead giving out instructions/the lead was unfriendly, no customer service skills & wasn’t even paying attention to line but was busy chatting with someone else re some outside personal issue and he was not even being serviced. It took me 1/2 hour to get the vehicle after I had completed EVERYTHING on line prior to even coming to facility/ I did the check in very early but because of the slothful uncaring attitude at the actual desk I didn’t pull of from facility for 1/2–RIDICULOUS!!!

AMANDA DI was supposed to have 2 utility carts and the furniture pads from my pickup location, but never ended up getting them. I called customer service the morning I was to return my truck to let them know I never received the equipment. She said she put a note in for the drop off location that I would not be returning equipment. When I got to the store, the girl behind the counter looked annoyed that I walked in while she was on her phone, and I handed her the key. About 30 minutes later I get an email from U-Haul stating they charged my card almost $400 for not returning the dolly’s and pads. I called customer service again and they apologized. The note was in there that I would not be returning the items. I can’t believe I wasn’t called prior to my card being charged or the associate didn’t even have the decency to have a conversation when I dropped the key off. Now I have to wait 3-5 business days for the money to be returned to my account during an out of state move. Definitely not happy with this location.

Then I walk out to find the truck and it’s not in the parking lot. I walk back in, and they go oh sorry the truck is all the way behind savers building. It took me 5 minutes to walk to the truck. And I returned it an hour before 2:30 yet I was still charged for all 6 hours. It was not a good experience at all!
Jon FHaving the customer download before and after pictures are so time consuming. It adds another 15-20 minutes of wasted time. The old way was more efficient.

CHRISTI LAs I was leaving I mentioned to the attendant that was checking the truck that the rear overhead door was difficult to close. empty or full the door took a lot of work to close it. Gravity should have been enough to bring the door closed. His response was "They are old"

Sheldon DYour trucks need to be better maintained I was given a truck that was damaged to front end and sides. Gas level incorrect when it was less than 1/8 that as I’m driving off the gas light came on 50 miles to E The truck was dirty inside and dusty. Customer service from gentleman that checked me out was very Good. Person checking in just wants you to sign without reviewing contract price quoted on website was less than payment I actually made to start. Called for extension the person on other end was rude speaking over me would not let me finish and continued to talk over me saying a lag on her end. It’s been a couple of years since I used this company not the best experience this time.

arturo cI am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent Uhaul experience. My truck broke down halfway to my destination, leaving me stranded on the highway for nearly 6 hours. Communication with roadside assistance was poor and chaotic. It seemed like different representatives were handling my issue throughout the day, leading to confusion and delays. The team repeatedly pushed for a replacement truck, despite my insistence that I couldn't transload everything by myself. To make matters worse, when a tow truck was finally dispatched, it had the wrong destination, causing further delay. I filled up the gas tank of the Uhaul truck and was unable to use it due to the breakdown. As a result of this ordeal, I request reimbursement for my gas expenses as compensation for the significant inconvenience and time wasted. I hope this matter will be resolved promptly and fairly. Antonio FThe uhall was dirty and I was not told about what to do with the truck after drop off. My app won't work and I know I didn't use all the miles and they didn't get me my contract tell me what the miles were when I got it or gas.
LYNN HThe store was clean and the staff was helpful. The check in process was terrible. When I arrived to pick up the truck, I was informed that I had to check in through the app. Usually when I pick up a truck, you have a choice to check in at the counter, or on the app. I prefer, the counter. It took over 40 minutes to go through the whole process on my phone. The app wasn’t user friendly in my opinion. There should have been an employee at the counter for customers who prefer to go through a live person.

Edwin NMake the prices cheaper. Not only are you charged for mileage, but you have to fill the gas tank back to where you left it.
Sarah OThe location is great, but the app TruckShare experience was less than ideal. I did not opt for the TruckShare option and my reservation was automatically converted to that option. The app is fidgety and does not always work properly. Despite arriving before time, it took me nearly an hour to get on the road from the time I arrived. The vehicles are parked close together, so the photos needed to be taken before driving the vehicle are near impossible to get. A video call with an agent while you're checking in is probably a better option. I tried getting help from the staff on site and he refused saying everything should be done through the app. It was only after the first vehicle I was assigned had a bad rear loading door, did he come out to assist. He was very pleasant, but I really wish the experience could have been smoother. It certainly does not take 10 minutes to get on your way, as noted in the reservation / app!

My code didn’t work to get in so I called the office and they were open I had to go get a card to get in I go back down to the unit and there was a note stating there was a lock included but not in the unit itself I called the office again, same person I spoke to about access, she stated I had to go back up and retrieve the lock… just a bit annoyed with the customer service and lack of attention to detail.

I was not informed that i would not get a unit size as requested and reserved and only found this out the sat of my move which made the situation stressful. The facility did not even have the unit size that I needed. I then needed to reserve TWO smaller units at a combined higher price than I wanted/needed to pay. There are rodent boxes in the units that may me feel extremely uneasy to store my important and meaningful personal belongings.
