Overall I didn't notice any deficiencies that need improvement on what I rented today. The guy who hooked up the trailer checked everything thoroughly to make sure everything was in order.

My stuff got wet inside my unit. My kids books and baby photos were ruined. There was a rusty razor blade on the floor my kids could have touched and there were tons of old nails in front of my unit.

When I went to put gas, the needle didn't move until the gas tank was full. I only needed to put a half tank, but since the needle didn't move I ended up filling it.

At the time of moving out, there was not enough room to park a truck and use its ramp. There were some U-Haul trailers blocking the access to park the truck and the assistant worker didn’t want to help moving the trailers.
