DEBORAH HNothing that I know of except the following comments/suggestion; As you can tell by my Uhaul rentals, I utilize Uhaul in different Cities-towns of the USA, mainly Colorado currently, and I keep experiencing Issues with Uhaul's application either checking out or pre-paying for a rental, The Uhaul application or software is running slow today or they have to reboot the system/computer. Uhaul has good equipment and overall great staff personnel to work with. Is Uhaul currently working on new software/upgrading it's system? If not I would suggest that you do so ASAP. TKS DAJ

Andrew FMy experience with U-Haul was okay I guess however I initially tried to get a truck from the Santa Fe and Bellevue location but it didn't give me a late enough time slot so I went to the one on Dry Creek Road which was the second alternative and it still didn't give me a later time slot so I ended up calling the phone number for U-Haul and the technician got me a reservation on Dry Creek cuz he said the one on Santa Fe was closed so I went all the way down to Dry Creek and I got there on time but because the Rental process of renting it online takes so long I wasn't able to complete it in 15 minutes and it booted me off and said that I couldn't do it so I called the 24-hour number again and they put me back at Santa Fe and Bellevue which was the original location that I wanted to go to in the first place so I don't quite understand how they couldn't get me into that location the first time and had me drive all the way down to Dry Creek and then back to Santa Fe all this unnecessary driving for no good reason so I do not recommend you all if you do use all do it during the day and do it during business hours because if you try to do it late you'll go on a wild goose taste like I did

GAYLE DIt took an hour to rent a trailer. The first person didn’t know what she was doing and told me my car wouldn’t tow and it very well does. Another person helped and o got the rental finalized but when I was going to get it hooked up I had to wait 20 mins again until I walked into the place and asked for help. I will not be going here again.

JOSHUA GI rented a van to move a few large items online and requested the use of an appliance dolly, and a utility dolly. My reservation was from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and I arrived at 8:50 AM. I downloaded the app ahead of time so I could do it on my own with out having to speak with a customer service rep inside the building. Following the directions on the app, I started looking in the lot for the van with the ID number provided. I didn't see a van in the lot so I asked someone who brought a van around for someone else where I could find the other vans. He barked at me that he "was busy and there was a long line of customers inside and that if I wanted help I needed to get in line." I proceeded inside to get in line (even though the app told me to skip the line) to requests the keys, out of fear of being yelled at again. I waited for my turn and got the same person (we found out his name is "Keith, at least that's what they said his name was). I told him I needed the keys for my reservation and he told me he didn't know where the keys were. I told him the van was in the back. He proceeded to tell me that if it was back there, than it needed to be cleaned and I had to wait until he was done with the rest of the customers before he could get to that. My reservation was scheduled from 9 AM to 1 PM, and it was already about 9:15 AM when he told me this. He proceeded to assist other customers while making comments about how other customers (implying me) were entitled and so on. He finally brought the van around and took me up to the counter. He told me he adjusted my time to 4:30 PM at no charge for the wait. I left around 9:55 AM and arrived to move my items and realized no dolly's were in the unit. I called customer service to let them know so that I wouldn't be charged and the representative let me know that the time had not been altered, which tells me he lied. Upon drop off after using the van, I pulled into the drop off lane where a sign said to wait in the truck and someone would come to help me. After waiting 15 minutes, we proceeded inside. The sales person, "Sarah P" (from my receipt), looked over the vehicle and I let her know that the dolly's were not included and I wanted a reimbursement for that amount. She took the issue to "Keith" in another room and I could hear him mocking me from the back. He continued on about how it was my fault the van wasn't ready and "why would she rent a van that wasn't available?' If the van wasn't available, it should NOT have been available to rent through the website. Since it was, I assume that the fault is of the staff for not doing their jobs and having the vehicle ready. If they were short staffed they should have had one person assisting inside while the other was doing what needed to be done outside. "Sarah P" came back to give me my receipt and at that time we asked what his name was so we could leave a review for mocking us and she said "who, Keith? Keith wasn't mocking you!", even though we could hear it along with other customers waiting in line. This is by far the WORST customer service I have ever had! I will never recommend this location to anyone, and I will continue to post reviews online and everywhere else I can so that people know what they are getting into before they get there! "Keith" should NOT have the job he has if he can't do his job with the proper attitude and patience!

DONALD CI only moved due to cost. I found a storage unit equal in size and drive up accessibility offering one free month and a monthly charge of $67 vs $169. This is a significant difference. I called the Uhaul office to see if they could lower my rental price and they were not able or willing to lower it so I moved so that I can save hundreds of dollars. Thanks!

MICHAEL WTruck with heavily damaged driver's door was provided. Only after being shown the damage was the vehicle swapped out. The management at the location was previously aware that the vehicle had damage due to a theft attempt of the truck. On the positive side, the gentleman who assisted me with the rental contract was exceptional. His customer service was excellent. The only reason that I'll return to this location is his contribution to the transaction.
DAVID WThe truck assigned to me wasn’t processed correctly. When I arrived, the truck was in the process of being cleaned. It was not ready for me. The guy cleaning the truck was super nice, apologetic and did a quick clean while I waited. The truck shouldn’t have been available for assignment until it was cleaned. There were four other vans on the lot that were clean and ready to go.
Frederick WI had absolute worst experience with the people that work at this location (4849-4859 S Santa Fe Littleton). They are rude, unprofessional, and will run charges on your card without your authorization. I strongly advise any other customer of U-Haul to never rent from this location.
GREYSON LThey added an additional way to collect fees upon return of the truck instead of returning the truck and dropping the keys in the drop box... The renter must first download an app which doesn't work... Before putting the keys in said drop box which makes absolutely no sense!!

They would rent me a unit and upon coming to said unit it was tagged with a “don’t rent” label. That happened 3 different times before an employee finally walked out to a unit to check before sending me out there. The “only” unit they had available was the larger one which I proceeded with. When I had moved out only a week and a half after paying I had asked about a partial refund. Or what can be done with the rest of the month. The GM shook his head as saying no. Working in healthcare I deal with costumer service everyday The costumer service at this facility was sub par. For the amount of money I spent on uhaul nearly 2k an to get this kind of poor costumer service. I’m hoping something can be done to rectify this.

You kept interrupting me when I asked what happened to my confirmed reservation in a climate controlled unit #154. At one point you suggested that I take my business somewhere else. The confirmed reservation was convenient to my home and arranged by U Haul central. I called 2 days ahead and confirmed the reservation with you by phone.
Sandy G | First ImpressionsThis facility is great. Getting in and out of my unit was always a breeze and the staff were always extremely helpful. From solving my PIN code issues, helping remove a lock after I lost my keys, and most notably going above and beyond to be accommodating during my move out process. I’d like to thank Franklin in particular, and the rest of his team for their outstanding customer service even when their facility was busy. I’ve also rented several trucks and filled up propane with them, and I have nothing but good things to say. From general uhaul questions to specifics about their location, they are great for it all. The only reason I no longer have a unit there is because I don’t need the space, but I won’t hesitate to give them my business again when I’m in need.

Even the executive management is top notch. When I moved into this storage, I had a stressful move. Josh and everyone working that day and the following week's, did whatever possible to make my move in worry free. They didn't stop there. In the following months, they never once let me down. I absolutely think U-haul has gone above and beyond in their commitment to the customer and facilities offered. Even the rental pricing was beyond fair. The other storage places raise the rent all the time. U-Haul didn't take advantage of me at all. Communication is always an important tool in life. As long as we talked, a reasonable solution was always found. Thank you to all the staff there for being more than just another corporate location. I would write more, but I know I've said enough. Absolutely the finest experience ever. Thank you again Josh, Antoinette and the rest of the crew.

I rented 2-15 ft. trucks with full car trailer to haul my son and I up to Denver, loaded and unloaded the trucks myself, cleaned the trucks after usage, traveled 2,000 miles +, and I am 70 years old/young. The people at the Littleton location were friendly, helpful, and really busy. I enjoy working with U-Haul and I will go to you again if and when I need you. Which can be a pain if your moving into or out of past 7pm or other reasons most other storage places you can come and go up until 9-10 pm before it locks up. VINCENT L | Overall ExperienceWe had a storage unit at this location for almost 1 year while we were waiting for our home to be finished out of state. This location was the most convenient to us, but I would not recommend it to anyone. First of all, the storage unit that was given to us had about a 3 inch gap between the ground and where to door should have closed to the ground. This left it open for higher risk of damage to our stuff from environmental causes. We noticed it was one of few throughout the storage facility that had this problem. When it snowed some of our items up front by the door would get wet and ruined, luckily nothing too important to us as we figured this would be an issue later on. The grounds were never kept clean and clear of glass, nails or other damaging items. We ended up with 2 nails in our tires most likely due to the same nails found near our storage unit left for people to run over without noticing. Also one night we were going through some things in our storage unit and were approached by a uhaul employee who told us we needed to leave because it’s past the access hours. Not in a professional or kind way either. We paid the extra money for the after hours access and after letting her know that she proceeded to call her manager on the phone and after about a 15-20 minute ordeal things got cleared up finally but it was an extremely frustrating experience and horrible customer service. We noticed it was the SAME employee that was living in a broken down RV inside the storage unit gates for months. This made us feel uneasy every time we were there and it looked very trashy almost like a homeless camp. That is EXTREMELY unprofessional to have an employee (or anybody for that matter) living inside the storage unit facility gates. We had another storage unit at a Public Storage not too far from this location and it was GREAT! We put our more expensive and important items in that storage unit and we definitely made the right choice. The unit given to us closed all the way, was very clean and they kept the ground clean and clear. I do not for see us needing a storage unit for a long time if ever again but if we ever did I would never go back to this location and I would recommend to anyone else needing one the Public Storage not far from this location.

Overall the experience was fine but training on customer service/professionalism may be supportive.

Jeannine G | Overall ExperienceI filed a formal complaint about 4849 S Santa Fe with U-haul corporate. I was in that location twice trying to resolve issues. With no resolution, I called corporate. The full details of my concern are detailed there. I’ve used U-haul many times with excellent customer service, so this encounter at store 21 was unusual and shocking. The woman I saw first was seriously unhelpful, stating blatantly false information, refusing to help me, and sending me to another location in error. I was in a second time an hour later and spoke to the manager Mark who refused to even acknowledge his employee’s obvious misstep or the impact on me - or apologize in any way. He actually threatened to turn me away if I didn’t drop the discussion about how his employee completely misinformed and misdirected me in the first conversation. His behavior was aggressive, inappropriate, and starkly unprofessional. I have obvious mobility issues and he mocked me. I don’t know why this fellow is working with the public, let alone serving in a leadership role.
