Dawit Bowners here are EXTREMELY pleasant and accomodating! Uhaul however, as a company has a lot to work on. There are issues with your website which is NOT cool. It allows you to rent from a chosen site even tho no Vans available. We were given a call to change to this location but it was far away from our house than the other location that cancelled on us. We had to pay extra mileage ( 11 miles ) just to pick it up! but the owners more than made up for it with their pleasantness. Your very lucky to have them representing your company. Otherwise, I would never rent again from UHaul.

I was also given the wrong drop off address and it cost me at least 2 hours out of a very busy day and really screwed everything up for me, also costing me a $35 Uber ride. The customer service was nice after I was finally able to get someone on the phone after being put on hold more than 3 times for almost an hour each time during this whole experience.
