Elizabeth EExtremely long wait (45 mins at the store) and trailer tie down strap was broken and had to be replaced! When returning again a long wait. They didn’t have the right tools to take off a 5/8 nut to replace the tie down strap! I don’t know how they can install hitches and have as few tools as they had. Next time I’ll probably go with Home Depot

DEANDRA CWent to rent a tow dolly to move a car locally. The person working behind the counter said they did not have any available yet I saw 2 of them outside the building. I was told that one of them was for one way only and the other was broken. I even pulled it up on the app and showed her it said it was available for in town. So I left the building and reserved it online. Went back an hour later and all of the sudden it was available. Talk about horrible customer service.

ERNEST FWith new technology improvements to the set up of the rental equipment, we where unaware of the take a photo of the damages through a text message….which we didn’t receive til we left. We are old school where the guys drive the truck to you….which they did not, we had to look for it in the dark. We are use to the employee drives the truck to us then tells us about damages on the truck. I feel the company could do better if this was explain to us before arrival.

Every time something went wrong (which was often), one of the employees kept saying "you told me your phone isn't working right," even though this was completely untrue. I never said that, but the employee insisted that I had told him that and he kept saying it over and over again. It was like being trapped in a nightmare. Also, the online check-in process told me the drivers license photo was optional, but this turned out to be false. Also, the online vehicle condition verification page is very difficult to use and extremely slow. An employee should be available to help with that, but none of them seemed to know how to use the site. I cannot imagine that I will ever return to this location and I will always discourage other people from using this location for their business.
BRIAN SThe staff was rude. They kept adding charges pressured me into adding insurance. The 29.95 rental turn into a 96.00 +/- charge to my credit card for a 3.5 hour rental. I would label this a deceptive business practice or just bait and switch. Very disappointed.

WESLEY AWe were charged a wrong drop-off fee of 78.00 because a tow truck had to come to get the trailer. It was no fault of our own. The trailer's brake would go in and out, causing the transmission of our truck to overheat. We have used Uhaul many times and this is the first time this has happened.

Michele C | Overall ExperienceThe online check-in was easy and the employees at this location are very friendly. The issue I had was during the move-in process I saw no less than nine roaches. Four crawling on the walls, four on the ground in my unit and in the hallway, and I even had one on a box sitting in the hallway that I went to pick up and move into the unit. Had I not been severely limited with time because of my upcoming deployment I would have refused the move-in and gone elsewhere. There's clearly an infestation and no pest control. I'll have to fumigate everything in the unit before I can move it into a new apartment when I come back from deployment. In all my years of using storage facilities I've never seen this.
