Create a specific loading area for vehicles being loaded onto and off of car carriers. The ramps provided with the car carriers are too short, causing extreme difficulty in loading cars that have less clearance than an SUV, truck, etc. Create a 'raised' area that is at the same elevation as the car carrier. That way the car carrier could be backed up to this 'raised ramp area' and the car could be driven straight onto or off of this stationary ramp area.

Ten minutes later, a lady came in without a reservation, and her checkout was faster than mine, which makes no sense to me. It wasn't an efficient business transaction at all.

The concrete floors were very rough for a new facility making it difficult to roll to the rear of the facility for storage. After 7 when the office closed and we tried to get into the building the access code given did not work two separate doors were attempted. There was no posted after hours number to get assistance and the 800 number wasn’t able to assist saying it was a local issue. The text feature through the app also was not allowed to offer any assistance. Also, the drive-in capability does not accommodate U-Haul. All in all, not the best experience. On a positive note, there are numerous carts available

I finally took you up on it, but the process didn’t go as planned. I booked and paid over the phone and was told to complete the online check-in, which I did. But when we arrived at the facility they explained they couldn’t apply the free month. Ultimately they cancelled my initial reservation so they could make it happen, but I wanted to make sure I pointed out the issue. It wasn’t a big problem for me, but it did cause the busy staff some extra work, and added to the wait time of customers in line at the Beckley U-Haul. The offer was made in every call but everyone seemed a little unsure of the process once we took you up on it. Just thought you should know.
