Granted. It was a busy weekend with many customers renting equipment after students’s graduation from UofA, but upon arrival there was only one, hardworking employee with customers lined up practically out the door. Another equally hard working employee showed up who was very helpful, but they needed more support!

I didn't like the fact I had to drive for 2 hrs to pick this up. I would think that the company could transfer the trailer to the area I was renting from. Otherwise everything was great.

ALAN SThe first trailer they tried to give me to take across country had bad wheel bearings so bad you could move the tires back and forth then at check out after 45 minutes to find another trailer i was told my total was $227.40 i swiped my card and signed seeing a total of $227.40 then i see on my bank app once im 200 miles away i was actually charged $287.40 later to find out this was a deposit of some sort wouldn’t have been a problem but I should have been informed of this “deposit “ i will say the lady who helped me was extremely nice and she did do her best to take care of me

RICHARD PWhen returning the U-Haul truck I rented, I was told that my tank was half full when I picked up the truck. Thankfully I took a picture showing it only had a quarter tank when picked up. I felt as thought they were trying to get one up on me.

CARLOS CThe trailer wiring shorted out my vehicle and blew the fuse. The person checking me out didn’t check for parking lights, like they should have. I ended up with a trailer that was raining driving at night. I tried calling into the location once and after waiting 30 minutes I gave up and ended up driving with my flashers since my brake lights and turn did work.
DANIEL EFor some reason my account is linked to my sister’s name. I’ve called U-Haul 3 times to fix it and it still is not fixed! When I print my payment receipt it shows my sister’s name and not mine. Why is this challenging to fix?

Crystal took charge and got me some secure outside parking. Really glad I accidentally went to that specific place.

KYLE R$2k for a trailer rental is ridiculous. Also, the person had to keep being reminded to be careful with the chains to not scratch my vehicle because they were not being careful. They struggled for about 5minutes and would not let me do it, making me have to make sure they didn’t scratch my vehicle, which almost happened several times.

REUBEN TThe person who helped me was unhelpful. I was struggling trying to get my car off the autotransport to return it so I wouldn't damage the auto transport when I unloaded the truck, and the person wouldn't help me. They claimed "it's not in our policy to help you get your car off the auto transport". And even if that was the case, if you see a customer struggling, help them. I was struggling for 40 minutes trying to get my car off. And they didn't do anything to help. If someone asks you for help and you work there, please help them, especially if you know how to help them.
ASHLEY DThe guy did not check the van for us or walk us out to rental. Gave us wrong keys to the rental and still did not come out to check anything. Was charged for higher mileage than actually traveled as the paperwork and mileage on rental were not same until we put end odemeter in while turning in equipment.

Ann HThe truck I was rented needs a tune-up, the rotors need to be checked, they sound like they may be warped, or perhaps the brake pads are warped, also, check the wheel bearings and the air and/or fuel filter. I do want to add that the customer service at this location is friendly and professional, which is why I gave this location five stars.

RICHARD W | Overall ExperienceMy RV was vandalize and then broken into. I have over $3000 in damages. When I notified UHaul, the manager was on her way out and proceeded to leave. Telling her employee to just give me the 800 number. All the employees I dealt with were awesome. The manager on the other hand was horrible. Didn’t care nor could she be bothered. When I pulled my RV out, the gate got stuck. It was hanging half open and the office was unaware it was broken. How can you consider this lot secure??

Jessica M | Overall ExperienceThe storage itself was fine but the communication was not great. I only visited the rental maybe 5 times in the year I had it. Once my keycard didn't work and the office was a good 100 yards from the entrance. the person at the front desk must have sent me back to the gate 3 times with "try it now" before they manually opened it for. should have done that in the beginning was a bout a half hour I was waiting to get in. I also emailed the manager 3 times with no response over a 2 week period to cancel the unit when I moved out. Then also called a week before the renewal to tell them I had moved out weeks earlier. The person on the phone said it was closed. then I got an email 2 days after renewal to say I had a late fee. Then called and got another person who I think finally closed it out. so 3 emails and 2 calls just to get it closed.

My issue with this facility, and the reason for the lower rating is the challenge in redeeming the free month of storage u-haul offers. They claim at 90% they don’t have to honor the contract you have yet a call to corporate and they will tell you that is NOT the policy. End result is, after several calls and a couple hours time to corporate, they honored my contract.
