The manager walked around in a bad mood on both occasions that I was there. The vehicle had mechanical issues and drove very poorly. The computers we're very slow and the line grew to nine people long. That location needs another manager and U-Haul needs a better operating system on their computers

Myra was amazing along with her staff was very helpful especially a young man with dark curly hair- unfortunately I didn't catch his name. Elizabeth at the neighboring corporate location was amazing as well. We were in an awkward situation and they all step up to assist us and went above and beyond. Can't say thank you enough. The trailer equipment were wore out and didn't work. The front wheel ratcheting strap ratchets were broken. The straps became loose during transportation, which could've resulted in the vehicle being transported coming loose. That in itself is a safety hazard. I had to stop and re-secure the ratcheting straps during transportation. The license plate was severely damaged also to a point where the plate was barely legible.

I originally scheduled the pick up at a separate location, and they didn’t have the tow dolly. Neither location would honor the guaranteed $50 if the equipment wasn’t available at the arranged location.

Well there's two things one the check engine light came on and as soon as I started going past 40 miles the engine and truck started shaking engine light is on and I think I already said that and then I took a screenshot picture before I took it off the lot and a screenshot picture when I brought it back on the lot and the lady said that I didn't have the gas at the same spot and that's not true I did and I have screenshot pictures to prove it time stamped and dated and two some lady called my phone saying that I did a extension when I didn't

It was super unprofessional location. The girl named Arlene was nice but her knowledge and talking to me with sunglasses that are hanging on her upper lip & loud talking like your at home. Sure has heck shouldn't be at a place of business. It took forever just to rent a motorcycle trailer & I was the only one there.

None of the pre-inspections were done by your team at u-haul. The back rear tire was at 58 psi. When it’s supposed to be at 80 psi. Also the gas was already low and not filled up at all when receiving of the vehicle. I am not liable for paying all of the gas to a full tank when I only drove 35 miles and the van is almost empty. The staff was friendly and professional just not professional to having the pre-checks of the vehicle done.

As long as new customers know ahead of time, when dropping off equipment, nothing is required besides notifying an employee you are dropping off the item rented. In my case, it was a small trailer. It may be different with a rental truck, but I left with nothing in my hand to show I did in fact, drop off the item. I did receive an email notice of the final charge against my credit card. I guess I was trippin' when I left. But other than that, excellent experience and will definitely use location again when I am ready to move.

Since we weren't sure exactly how many containers we would need, U-Haul suggested ordering 10 because they would pick up any unused containers - and we would only be charged for the ones we used. We did use 9 containers so it was a great suggestion. They were also great with giving suggestions for packing since we hadn't moved things like mirrors and large furniture before. All the employees were friendly and helpful!!

Two marvelous employees helped me. Crystal and Howard were some of the best customer service agents I've dealt with in years . Friendly but professional. Understood my situation and resolved it promptly. Had online reservation. Told agent needs to store Jeep and Side by Side. He reserved a 10/30. Oh no. Learned that won't happen. Crystal took charge and got me some secure outside parking. Really glad I accidentally went to that specific place.

We were to leave the RV storage facility for the summer anyway, but reports of vandalism might have us look for an alternate when we return in the fall. Why so many derelict cars and RV's there for years?

My RV was vandalize and then broken into. I have over $3000 in damages. When I notified UHaul, the manager was on her way out and proceeded to leave. Telling her employee to just give me the 800 number. All the employees I dealt with were awesome. The manager on the other hand was horrible. Didn’t care nor could she be bothered. When I pulled my RV out, the gate got stuck. It was hanging half open and the office was unaware it was broken. How can you consider this lot secure??

When I made my reservation, I did need your services. For a space for my cargo trailer. When I went down and made my payment for the space my mom called me and said she wanted my trailer. When I got home with some of the furniture I had put in storage in was full of Spiders and spider eggs ( took pictures and.showed them as proof) …. I told the staff there when we turned in the locks and they nonchalantly informed us that they would pass it on to management…….

The storage itself was fine but the communication was not great. I only visited the rental maybe 5 times in the year I had it. Once my keycard didn't work and the office was a good 100 yards from the entrance. the person at the front desk must have sent me back to the gate 3 times with "try it now" before they manually opened it for. should have done that in the beginning was a bout a half hour I was waiting to get in. I also emailed the manager 3 times with no response over a 2 week period to cancel the unit when I moved out. Then also called a week before the renewal to tell them I had moved out weeks earlier. The person on the phone said it was closed. then I got an email 2 days after renewal to say I had a late fee. Then called and got another person who I think finally closed it out. so 3 emails and 2 calls just to get it closed.

Let me start with the facility itself is very clean, great location, and some of the staff are very friendly and helpful. My issue with this facility, and the reason for the lower rating is the challenge in redeeming the free month of storage u-haul offers. They claim at 90% they don’t have to honor the contract you have yet a call to corporate and they will tell you that is NOT the policy. End result is, after several calls and a couple hours time to corporate, they honored my contract.

Many staff did not have answers to questions I posed about RV storage. The electric box provided does not accommodate size of RV plug due to type of hinge on box. I said I only wanted 1 month storage and would let them know if I was going to extend and I am being charged for overdue payment
