TIFFANY DWhen I first contacted Uhaul to order the shipping containers, I carefully and specifically told the rep everything I needed to the representative and asked for all the pricing. I did this so I did not have any mix-ups or new costs jumping out after the fact. When they did not mention a second delivery charge for the drop-off to the new address, I even asked, "Oh, is the cost to drop off the container included in the total cost?" Later, after my items were picked up, I was told my order did not include delivery to my home. The rep said there would be an extra charge to delivery it to my home, and would be later than the 10 days as promised. On top of all that, they were not processing the payments in a timely manner then contacting me about it. They had my card on file and someone just didn't process the payment for some reason. It was totally an internal matter that required no intervention from me to correct. After agreeing to pay the new fee (which they refused to waive after this bait-and-switch tactic while having possession of my stuff) and reminding them it was supposed to be 10 days, the reps got my crate on site to be unloaded in a timely manner. The items within the container were secured in such a way, that the only way for them to become unmoored was if pieces of furniture were launched violently upwards then slammed backed down. I had dents, dings, and a broken TV which is significant damage given that all the lines were still taut.
Andrew EThe location of Southwest was perfect. The employees were perfect. Dallas was perfect so is the other manager on duty. However, the trailer was not cleaning. Also it started raining in Mississippi and did not stop until I got to New Mexico and unfortunately, my stuff was extremely wet when I got it out of the truck being at Southern California. I was able to leave it out in the sun and dry out. When I return the truck back to the local U-Haul store here in Hollywood Boulevard in Los Angeles I reported to the Porter that it was wet and he wrote it down in the computer that the truck was leaking water.

We would definitely recommend people to use this location for any services. Everyone was kind. I will be using this location for all services needed going forward. I cannot think of any changes needed.

DICK BOur truck had roaches in it and after I PAID for the rental to drive a total of 27 miles it cost me more for mileage and I had to put gas in it… that’s a rip off it should be one or the other. Plus there was a roach bomb and roaches…. Never again

MONTAVIUS M | Overall ExperienceThe seats were uncomfortable for a six hour drive. The air conditioner stopped working for awhile, and the temperatures outside were in the 90's. We also rented a trailer to tow a car and the straps that go around the tires were old.

STANLEY KThey charged me for 2 days even though my rental was for 24 hours and I returned it the same day I picked it up. These errors and waisted time on my part makes me hesitant about recommending U-Haul. My time is precious. I really don’t like being over charged. End the mistakes.
LYLE RThe price quoted and my final price did not match. I paid for 100 miles and only used 53. Instead of getting a refund, I had to pay an additional $27 when I returned the trick using the app. Very disappointing.

JOHN HI was told to drop the trailer in a particular spot and that they would check it in and email me a receipt. It's been 24 hours and I still have not received the receipt.

ALVIN AI didn't like that l had to pay an additional $99 to have my U-boxes delivered after l had already paid the $99 when l booked it... it said pack it, pickup and delivery.... when I called to confirm the delivery address because I had gotten the apartment number wrong, the representative charged me an additional $99 fee to have it delivered, which was at the same address l put on there during booking but the number of the apartment complex was just wrong...l felt cheated out of some additional money l didn't have due to moving, had to paid rent in two places plus an additional $99 fee had me really stressed 😥😱

Dallas has great reportare with all your clients both new people like myself and her existing accounts I watched her in action . I’m in the flooring import business and would hire her to run my CSR team .
JAMES CI had to wait several minutes to get assistance for picking up my rental. No employees were up front and I felt ignored. Try adding some bells to ring or something, so customers can get the assistance they need.
