Brian WI wish the covered trailers had bigger holes on the wall to tie stuff too. The holes that are there essentially useless. They are too small for most hooks or rope to go through. You can’t even put a finger through. I couldn’t secure my load well and ended up damaging my stuff.
Christopher BU-Haul smelled liked musty cigarettes and inside where the radio is was dirty. The store was as very well maintained and nice. The guy at the desk was very nice as well.

Wanda MThe front window both on the inside and outside was not clean. The outside was covered with bugs and the inside had a film on it that caused a foggy look. When I got home with the van, I spent at least a half-hour both on the inside and outside to ensure the vehicle was safe to drive. A little attention to detail would go a long way to customer satisfaction. Otherwise, it was a new van that was a pleasure to drive even in heavy city driving. I found the technology easy to use and it made for a safer driving experience.
