Ordered 15ft truck, was upgraded to a 26 ft that I couldn't use due to the location I was moving from. Had to settle for a 10 ft that did not allow me to move all items I needed to. Was given an extra day and miles but it was still an inconvenience. Need to make sure requested equipment is available.

The customer service is nice. The truck was very filthy inside and in had to clean it on pickup; also, in order to get the truck out of its parking spot at u-haul and out of the lot, I had to maneuver back and forth and took me about 15 minutes and good driving skills not to hit the storage units. Also the tank was only 1/4 tank full (I understand each person at drop off leaves the gas level where it was when they picked up) - however, it is highly inconvenient to have to go find an easy in and out gas station in or near Bridgeport and also takes time away from stressful packing and getting on road just to fill up - gas is expensive in that area also. Just suggestions.

I asked to have the wiring harness mounted under the vehicle next to the hitch. It was hard wired into the interior of the vehicle. The harness will have to be extended under the back hatch for use. Did not want that.

When I returned the trailer I asked for a discount because the trailer leaked and got boxes and my blankets all wet they guy said he couldn't do a rate adjustment but he would leave a note for the manager,I was never contacted and a discount was never applied im very unhappy with the customer service,I hope to get a call from someone from there about this issue

Loved the staff very friendly and helpful. The storage area it self was awful. I paid almost 200$ a month for climate control that never worked. It was always freezing in the winter and so hot in the summer it was unbearable.

Went to rent a truck and trailer. It was a reservation however they did not have the trailer. Salesperson suggests a cargo van and ensures my son in law it will fit the item he needed to haul. They drove to destination and it did not fit. They then had to drive 100miles to find a U-Haul with a trailer and drive back to get the item. They were supposed to be home by 630p but didn’t get home until 3am

Staff were very kind and attentive. Staff were quite frustrated as the computers crash often, causing them extra manual work. Corporate needs to immediately address this IT issue. Staff shared these “crashes” occur as often as twice a week. Completely unacceptable for staff and customers.

On the my 400 mile drive to Elkins WV to pick up my reserved trailer I received a call stating my local pick up point did not have the trailer. They reassigned me to another pick up point 25 miles away and I was told I would have to pick up a day early and they would give me an extra day, so ok, inconvenient, but not a huge issue. The lady at the 2nd pick up point was very nice and helpful but the trailer lights were inoperative and did not have another trailer. So called U-Haul to find another, they stated the next closest was in Bridgeport WV, ,another 50 miles away, and they would subtract $50.00 form the invoice. So we go to Bridgeport. This facility was very clean, professional and efficient. Picked up the trailer with no other issues until I received my drop off point, 30 miles away from the town I live in which has multiple U-Haul locations that for some reason doesn't pull up on their computer. I'm pretty disappointed with this whole situation due to the fact I reserved the trailer weeks ahead due to the fact I had very limited time to clear out my recently deceased parents house before it is sold, cost me over a half of a day of the time I had. As far as them subtracting $50.00 for their guarantee, it's not on the invoice and the total is the same as when I reserved. So what I was told by their rep. was not accurate.

Only because you are convenient, I was overcharged, lied to and made to be late because you reserved the wrong truck and I had to go all the way back to exchange it. The people at the location were top notch, it was the operator on the phone site that messed it up. A partial refund would be nice but not holding my breath. But I won’t rent from you again

Just to move 23min away it cost me $116 then they wanted to charge a extra $44 for miles then it was $30 to fill the gas back up when it says 19.98 on the truck for the local move

Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and HONEST! Had to make some changes to my hitch install in order to protect my warranty (Thank you!) and they could have charged me a lot more but didn’t! That is almost impossible to find these days in the service industry and more so in auto upgrades/repairs because the consumer is usually un-knowledgeable regarding such things. I was headed out of town going one way back home and was probably not going to be a regular customer and they still treated me fairly. Uhaul dealers have always treated me well and this dealership especially!

Second day of rental I called West Virginia State Police for assistance. General Manager Samantha is a male 'Don' he and his men hunted for me overnight with 7 police departments. Next morning, today - banned from property, UHaul confiscated stole all property. Said I trespassed on property, day 2. I was not allowed to get a winter coat from the unit. I am stranded in West Virginia - Uhaul and 7 police department hunt for me. I do not live here, I simply dropped off property at UHaul to board a Greyhound for San Jose California for an extended 6 month trip. Word is UHaul is the leader of a secret organization named Ohm, he has 200 men in his group - a sickening cannibalism group, killed one million people in the area.

Mice damaged almost all of the clothes and many of our blankets and bedding. I knew the storage wasn’t climate controlled…but didn’t know mice were an issue…after a year or so in storage, we noticed some droppings around the entry so upon inspecting further, the wife and I trashed many thousands of dollars of partially eaten and/or covered in mice excrement belongings. The wife asked a female worker if we could use the dumpster that was on site, and was given the Ok. The next day got a call that I was being charged a hundred dollars and I would pay or get locked out of my storage…that we just paid for the following month. I returned to the facility and explained the situation to an older female employee and was told that the other person didn’t work the day before, that she would never tell us we could use the dumpster, basically that I and my wife were liars…I removed all my belongings the following day and to a non UHaul storage. I will not be returning nor recommending anyone to the Anmoore WV UHaul store.

After years of patronage I call to find out the status, they say the month was paid, but there was a storm and they opened my unit and threw out my 19th century antiques. No permission at all! After several months of trying to get through I get a call. Long story short when I go to purchase back my stuff, it's all gone! The unit was full. The staff even took a picture to show me previously. All I see in it is a snowblower, a sander, odds and ends. A bunch of thieves. Pure and simple. Never again.

All my expensive furniture that I owned my big TV my dressers my kids dressers my entertainment center my computer stand , my stereo system and speakers that was a 1000 dollar set alone got ruined my couch and so much more but they were worried about the few months that the weather was bad and they never replied to my message and and most of my stuff that got got flooded in that place and they didn't care about the value of what was lost in flood because they didn't have flood insurance they only cared about the money for the storage for what I had left in there of my kids and sadly I was told I could get it out in 72 hrs but then was told different after they waited longer to get back to me, I called and left message and even got a number to text because I never got an answer when I called then when she calls my sister she's just worried about money not the message I left and I called the number to speak with a manager and he gave me a number to text and let her know I wanted to get my stuff I had left, out in 72 hrs and she never replied back for over a month or two and it was just to sent email said the bill was now over 800 and told my sister she never heard from me and I know better because I left message and text to

My unit had mice get into it and chewed the bottom out of my grandmother's china hutch and made a nest in the drawers and left droppings all over it and my plastic totes. Other than that staff was very good to deal with and I let the girl know about the mice and all I got was a oh lovely so it is what it is. Have to find someone to repair the hutch. Thanks

Would absolutely never ever use the storage place again. My unit was flooded and they through away 75 percent of my possessions without my Vincent or me seeing it first. Not only that the insurance they provide to you doesn’t cover flooding so the thousand and thousands of dollars they through away can’t be replaced.

After FOUR terrible experiences at the Washington Blvd Pittsburgh thanks to Michael Nardozi I was determined never to do business with uhaul again. He was rude and condescending each time to us and other customers, but when I got to the Anmoore WV location Sam and Sheena were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful! It’s clear they take great pride in the conditions of the facility, the service they provide, and they really went out of their way to make sure my needs were met. Sam and Sheena are amazing at representing your brand and thanks to the experience I had with them I am moving out of another storage facility and taking on two more units in their location. They should both absolutely be commended and recognized for how they care for your customers!!

My unit didn't have any lights inside. Although light came in from the hallway I have vision difficulties and it was too dark for my experience. I went there one day to get some items from my unit and the door to that section wasn't working so I couldn't get to my unit. I understand it was an electrical problem the staff had no control over but possibly another entrance would be necessary if something happens again. The staff I dealt with were great and very friendly.

i was supposed to have 5 free storage units over 2 years. but they charged me for the second unit. i called customer service and they agreed with me but the manager would not agree and they charged me for it. Customer service said they would reimburse me but when i called they said they could not do that

Easy to use, my things were stored for about a year and no damage. Always very clean and free of dampness. Staff always answered my questions and helped me. Would use again for another move

I don't rate it higher because I was initially put into a unit that management later told me I had to move out of. The storage facility was not close to me at that point. So I had to drive 3.5 hours one way to fix their problems and move my gear from one unit to another. It took 10 hours of my time and a hundred bucks in gas to fix their mistakes.

All my stuff was mildewed and molded. In a climate controlled unit, was only there about 4 months. All my furniture was brand new only like a year old n had to rent an industrial Upholstery cleaner just to clean my furniture. And had to buy new beds because they were so bad.

I was charged extra for not having a certain lock on my unit. I bought a lock the first month bit it didn't fit the unit and they said it would. That is why I said I had a bad experience. 20 extra over a lock that I bought that didn't fit.

This was first time using a storage rental. They where very willing to help me. I couldn't of met nicer people. They even brought a cart out so I could load everything on it so I wouldn't have to make so any trips. He told me about how I can use their carts anytime.
