Our checkout process was hostile. I realize Michael, the counter person was having a difficult time with some system issues. Hwe had an online reservation but he did a new manual one because he said the system wasn’t working. He called about half an hour after we had left with the truck and advised the picture of the license hadn’t gone through. We were back at the rental center with the truck within minutes. Michael was hostile and argumentative the entire time he was rescanning the license. It was a very distressing experience considering we were giving him what he asked for and the truck was safely back at the center. I can not give a good review with that kind of experience.

Like I said the lady made a fair price for the minor damages and earned my business. Great service and understanding for my mistake, it really means a lot to me.

The brakes failed on my first truck rental on 4 18 2025. I returned the vehicle for one in better service condition. The GM was helpful and understanding. My move was a success and I am safe. Thank you!!!

The straps on the dolly are looking very rough. There are cuts or tears in the hold down strap and very frayed ends. It did not inspire me with confidence.

I would highly recommend you clean up the inside of the store. I know it’s just cosmetic but it didn’t take away from the excellent customer service. I had rented from the corporate store on Cornell in Hillsboro, Oregon that store is a joke compared to how I was treated. Thank you so much Cornelius U-Haul I will be back.

U-Haul consistently provides excellent customer service, reasonable pricing, well cared for and clean trucks. The new Cornelius location is no different. Both of the customer care reps were knowledgeable, friendly and fast. I will choose this location again in the future with no hesitation.
