ROBERT WEverything was a total fail. Picked up a truck with empty gas tank light is on and mileage are off by almost thousands miles based on what's in the contract and what's actually in the truck itself.

TERRELL MMake sure the keys are in the correct box for Mobile pickup. Barring that make it possible to connect to someone on the phone who can solve the problem in under 45 minutes.
Steve DThe process of picking it up over the app was very difficult. I needed to get assistance and doing that process. I found out that the truck had not been converted to an electronic pick up. The Dollie that I requested and paid seven dollars for was not inside of the truck. This location is closed on Saturday, which is a big problem because a lot of people move on the weekend. I will never rent from this location again. And I will never rent electronically again. It was 90+ degrees outside and I had to stand for over an hour trying to get assistance. I would like a refund for my seven dollars for the Dollie that I did not receive , thank you Bruce Johnson
Bruce JBoth managers where in a meeting today so not happy with that being a corporate store no help available also I have pics of the oil warning the receipt for the oil and the email in which states when to return the truck I was also charged $4 for over miles

Chantel JWhen I eventually got my truck, it was great. I’ve reserved and rented many U-Hauls with my debit card in the last 5 or so years, as someone who has moved all over my state multiple times. I’ve always had awesome experiences with U-Haul, both when I rent on the app and when I talk to the person at the counter. Today, I reserved online as always, but when I arrived the girl behind the counter told me I couldn’t rent without a credit card. The reservation confirmation email said I could use either credit or debit, which I knew from multiple past experiences. I don’t have a credit card, I just use debit. She was incredibly rude and insisted that we couldn’t rent with a debit card, so we left. I really needed to rent a truck today, and I figured if the policy changed and that was true U-Haul wouldn’t take my debit card online either. From my car, I tried making a new reservation and checking out the truck from my phone. What do you know, no issues. I paid for my rental, got my keys out of the lockbox, and was on my way within 15 minutes, but not without being yelled at by the girl behind the counter who came outside to tell me again that I couldn’t use a debit card. She had told me that her managers left just as I got there, so I will be going back tomorrow to make a complaint. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with U-Haul until now, but this made me decide to explore other options next time I need to move or rent a truck for anything else. She was unbelievably rude and unprofessional, not to mention the fact that she didn’t know her own workplace’s policies. I will absolutely never use this particular location again, and I will recommend that my friends and colleagues in the area avoid it as well.
