Trevor JA reservation at another store fell through at the last minute. I called the store and they had a 26' truck ready to go before I pulled in the lot. Best customer service ever.
John KWhen a customer reserves a trailer, uhaul should verify that one is available on their property. I reserved a car hauler a week in advance and still had to go to another store. Also the "sign in" on feature on the computer had a glitch and the employee had to go through the IT department, and still could'nt get it figured out. There was a line of people behind me when I left, and only one person available to help. Very unorganized.

Deshannon KThe truck ran fine despite some squeaky belt noise and some significant cab shaking when we drove at 70+mph. The back had some dirt and some loose screws from the last person who used it.
Emma NTrailer brake was VERY worn out. And made for a less than desirable towing experience. Barely touch the brakes and the trailer slams forward then on acceleration the trailer slams back which can yank a hitch right off or even wear out the hitch setup. Very aggravating
ANTHONY BRobert Miller is incredible. I would still rent from him even if U-Haul opened a branch in my own garage. Whatever we need, he has it. He's one of the few professionals I've worked with anywhere that I believe wants me to return to rent from him again. Thank you, Robert!

WILLIAM BEverything was perfect. The previous renter had left scuffs and crumbs on the front console. That is not a U-Haul problem. That would be no reason to keep a U-Haul from being rented. It is sad that people do not clean up after themselves. I loved the staff at this location. Wonderful people!

WILLIAM TI pulled up to the drop off site that was well labeled. Walked 100 yards to tell them I'm here, was told to move it, unhook, and leave it without them coming to check on it. There was no line nor nothing going on for the lady to not direct, help, nor do anything.

steven WI have to say that I originally reserved a rental of a cargo trailer with moving blankets and an appliance dolly at the U-haul located at 1200 E New Circle Rd, Lexington, KY 40505. After driving 3 hours to get there I was told that they did not have any blankets or an appliance dolly. This was unbelievable to me that they had my reservation and could not deliver! I will never use this U-haul location again. I ended up at the 1158-1170 Manchester St U-haul location in Lexington and they promptly was able to rent me what I needed and got me on my way!!
MITCHELL WI have to say you have exceptional employees . Roy is one of the best people I have encountered, he help make my move easier than was expected even with a few issues. Manchester Street is great 👍

JASON WIt’s not the location that was the issue just the app that made it not a pleasant experience. I truly has issues with so many aspects of my experience. First thing, The app did not work properly so my pick up was rocky. I finally got my truck with the help of the staff person. He was super helpful. While using the truck, I could not access the utility dolly or the pads I ordered due to them having a lock on them that we couldn’t remove. Upon returning, once again the app didn’t work properly and the office was closed so I had no help. I couldn’t scan the QR code to check out. Had to call someone on the help line. She was helpful and got me checked out. I have used U-Haul for years and this was by far the most stressful. Think I will stick with the old school process because the app is not helpful at all! Had I don’t that I think it would have been much better!note to self: Do not do the self check in on the phone!
CHAQUENTA NNo one was inside to service me. I had to walk to the uhaul parking section and the man I first spoke to was extremely rude. The worker who helped me was cordial, but the process was lengthy. I wanted to pay cash but that led to me waiting on his boss who was the rude man I first encountered to close out a previous cash drawer. I sat there for about 15 minutes waiting for this to happen and it never did so I paid with a card instead. Overall this was probably the worst uhaul experience I have ever had.
JOYCE STrailer was in good shape and available when I needed it. Staff was excellent.
Gene DPickup and drop-off were smooth and positive. I used the app, which was convenient. The lady at the Kentucky location was very friendly and helpful. The equipment we received was well maintained and clean.
