Also, when they ask for who to contact in addition to the person who rented the storage, it's ridiculous that if it's a spouse that it can be the same address as there person who rented space.

Jo T | Overall ExperienceWe were fortunate to deal with “Oscar” during our many calls over the 7 months we leased in the new, climatized building at John T White. Each and every time “Oscar” exceeded our expectations for helpfulness, professionalism and Customer Service. It’s a different day and time nowadays, so it’s always a welcomed surprise when we encounter a professional who understands genuine customer service and puts the customer first. We also appreciate companies who train their leads and management people well. It’s a difference of night and day. Our only frustration was the John T White location in Fort Worth seems to be continually understaffed, creating lengthy wait times in lines at the location, as well as causing many repeated calls, trying to get through to the location staff. Also, most of them have no clue how to efficiently operate the new storage facility that has alarms for everything. Not once while we were using this facility could we or the employees get into the building and/or storage unit without setting off every bell and whistle. Whoever we were working with always had to call someone else to help get us into the building and on several occasions the employees were continually setting off the alarms themselves. Only a couple seemed to know what to do and at times even they were fumbling with the system. Hopefully, the more that new facility is used, the more familiar employees will become. We were genuinely thrilled to be one of the first to use the new building. Everything was clean and state of the art! We needed climatized storage for our fine furniture and felt safe in storing our furniture and belongings there. The moving carts were very helpful! Thanks, ~Carneti White

gerry h | First ImpressionsTHE PROBLEMS THAT I HAVS AND STILL HAVING IS WITH THE FRONT OFFIC,THEY LISD CONCERNING A PAYMENT THAT WAS TAKING FROM MY BANK THAT I TALKED TO MY BANK COCERNING THE LIE THAT THEY SAID THATI DISPUTED ;THAT I OR MY BANK KNEW OF OR SHOWED MONEY REFUNDED,;I SPENT OVER 4 HOURS TALKING TO PEOPLE IN THE FRONT OFFIC,AT THIS I PAID THE MONTH THAT I HAVE THS CANCEL CHECK THAT WAS SIGNED BY U-HAUL,AND AT THIS I AM STILL GETTING NOTICES UF LATE PAYMENTS.I MOVED MY STUFF TO ANOTHER STORGES PLACE, SO I WAS CHEATED OUT OF $ 193,90 AND HAVE PROOF THAT I PAID AND THEY CASHED MY CHECK AND NO REFUND WAS PUT BACK IN MY BANK,THE PERSON AT THE HOME OFFICE FLAY OUT LIED AND SAID THEY CHANGLE THE BANK AND LOST ,THE BAND HAS NO RECORD OF ANDM OF .MAY BANK REFUNDED THE PAYMENT BEG=CAUSED IT WAS WAS CASHED AND SIGN BY U-HAUL.AND WIL INVESTAGE ,SO I CHECKED OUT 8-30=24 AND PLEASE STOP CONTACTING ME/////////.
