The trailer leaked and my items got all wet. I drove through massive rain storms in several states, but I thought that the trailer would hold and the water would. Unfortunately, some water got in and ruined some of my items. Other than that, I had a very great experience.
APRIL BStaff was rude and unhelpful. The man that was working at the time wouldn’t help me take my car off the transporter without charging a fee after I had just paid $700 for the rental. I have stage 4 cancer and I was trying to get the chains off for awhile in the rain, cut my hand and got grease all over me. Where have the gentlemen gone in today’s society that they won’t help women out.

KENNETH BThis truck looked like it had gone through a cow pasture - both inside & out. It was too late to request another truck or find another location -- I assumed the truck would be clean would be ready to go on a 12 hour trip. The interior was covered with dust & dirt - I don't think it had ever been cleaned as the dash was covered with dust & dirt, the floor was the same; half filled water bottle under seat, etc. The exterior was covered in mud - the tires, the undercarriage, wheel wells. The front end was out of alignment and shook the entire drive.

JIMMY SI deal with this location each time I need a rental truck for whatever. They pretty much have come through for me each time . There service is pretty good.
GLORIA ETrailer had mini candy bars in it. Did not concern myself with it, but you asked if it was clean.

MICHAEL JTrailer advertised as 12 X 6 with ramp, but the rear side panels do not allow the full 6ft with up the ramp. Was unable to use the trailer for the intended use.

CHRISTOPHER BNumber 1,the truck was nasty. Windshield didn't look as though it has been cleaned in a year.. Two the rusty door on driver side was a royal pia to close.. 3 very underpowered, felt as though it has a miss in the engine and as the engine light was on that's very possible.. And last,I turn it in early than expected and used the 'convenient' app and get charged an EXTRA 20 dollars. That's BS. . Never again will I use U-Haul and will do my best to talk all friends and family to use someone else
STEPHEN HWe made a reservation at the fort Oglethorpe office. When we arrived was told no truck was available. Had to go to a different city to pick up another truck. Other location was great. I would take the fort Oglethorpe location off pickup location.

JACQUELYN MI am not too happy about the extra charges I received on this equipment. I was charged an extra $104 for the mileage which I was not aware that there would be an extra $1 for every mile over the aloted amount. Please explain this to your customers at the beginning so they are not faced with additional charges. I may not use this moving service any longer due to this.

Jose SOverall, I loved the customer service and the van itself was pretty good. Yes, it was very clean, but the storage box in middle console had an issue closing and staying closed. The double doors in the back were hard to open. The would stick. Other than that. Everything was wonderful, especially your staff. They were very helpful and informative. They cared about their customers. I appreciated that.

Imadeddine II was looking for a motorcycle trailer to take out of state. They didn’t have one but they found a trailer that still worked for me. I should have called ahead. My bad.
CHRISTOPH TThe truck I rented and had confirmed was not available. I was forced to downsize, which was fine, but which only gave me an $8 credit. The truck i received was filthy and stunk of cigarette smoke. It was a miserable trip.

MICHAEL GThe customer service was wonderful. The staff was professional and polite. However, there was only one trailer in the size that I rented, and it was not in the best of shape. The trailer lights did not work and none of the trailers on site were suitable for needs. I ended up using the trailer without the lights, as I needed to be out of the office location I was moving from that day and did not have the ability to postpone the move.
Jonah WIt was very busy the morning I picked up the truck. The employee working was by himself and I was number six in line. He processed everyone efficiently The return was a breeze (about 5 minutes).and the young gentleman that checked me in was very helpful and nice.

Andrew BThe facility was secure and the hallway to the storage locker was well lit with the light coming on with the timer. Most importantly, there was no light inside the storage shed. This was a problem as it was very little light, especially when the sun went down. I would periodically have to walk outside into the hallway to get the timed-out light to turn back on. There should be a ceiling light in each individual storage shed.

The facility is clean, though the storage unit looked pretty worse for the wear and kind of made me worry about leaving my things there. No lights in the units, hole in the wall between my unit and another unit, etc

Ryan H | First ImpressionsI wish you guys could prorate the rent amount. I was upset that I had to pay my rent amount for the storage unit for one day. I moved out one day after my due date. Due every 29th. I couldn't move out until Sunday the 30th because of our work schedule. Paying the prorated amount would have been better than paying for a rental that I wouldn't need. Please address this issue. By the way the move out date is wrong on this email.
