One of the rear door pulleys was damaged or broken. We had a horrible time opening and closing the rear door every time we loaded or unloaded anything from it.

The only problem I had was that my running lights didn’t work on the trailer but other than that it was a very easy experience.

Drew at the Ringgold road location in Chattanooga was so very helpful during this whole moving process he answered all of my questions and was so professional. I would definitely recommend U Haul for your next move and this location!! Ask for Drew when you are there and he will treat you right!!!

My reservation was moved to a different location by Broad St. staff because they didn't have the van I wanted. I had Ubered there. I had to take a Lyft to the secondary location. When I tried to return the van to Broad St. (MY ORIGINAL REQUESTED LOCATION), I was told I would have to pay double. I had to cancel my reserved Uber and take a Lyft from Ringgold Rd. home. I was given $50 for the location switch, but spent that in U er/Lyft fees. I wish to be compensated for Uber/Lyft fees (minus tips).

I had to call customer support initially. The first location's truck was not available. They sent me to this location, where I was visually frustrated after having to drive across town. The employee at the physical location and the representative on the phone made it a much better day.

The transmission on this truck with almost 90,000 miles sounded like it was about to go. When the truck was changing gears the entire cab would shake so vigorously that we thought it might run us off the road. We informed 3 employees about this and all seemed skeptical and unconcerned. One expressed to me that we probably didn’t have the tow button pressed appropriately (we did). Another just chastised me that I didn’t properly park the truck upon return (I just wanted out of that thing). I feel sorry for the next person that gets stranded or worse in that vehicle.

The first truck i got had something that smelled horrible in the back of the truck. We tried to air it out, but just couldn't use it. Had to take it back the next morning, so we lost a day of work/moving that I was not credited for.

My first use of U-Haul equipment and I was very impressed. The trailer was of nice sturdy build and it tracked so well on the highway I could not even tell I had a trailer behind me. Daniel did a good job of setting me up regarding connections.

Don’t reel them in 1 price then another price (higher price) when picking up the equipment then being charged additional when dropping it off. Need to be actually talked to and communicate this. Not very friendly I would nor will return there. I will rent from Home Depot if need any moving equipment. Very I unsatisfied customer. I believe I would feel better if there was communication of ALL costs and charges

I reserved a trailer online. When I arrived the trailer was ready and the staff hooked it up and ask the safety questions that are a valued part of public safety. Get location! Great staff!!

The facility was secure and the hallway to the storage locker was well lit with the light coming on with the timer. Most importantly, there was no light inside the storage shed. This was a problem as it was very little light, especially when the sun went down. I would periodically have to walk outside into the hallway to get the timed-out light to turn back on. There should be a ceiling light in each individual storage shed.

I was quite disappointed to learn that the ID-required policy only applies to brown folks. Daniel, your inflexibility on this point means I won’t be back nor will anyone else who I talk with in the next six months.

So, the older gentleman helping me was very friendly, but the younger guy I talked to the second time didn’t even look up from his phone and was not helpful. The facility is clean, though the storage unit looked pretty worse for the wear and kind of made me worry about leaving my things there. No lights in the units, hole in the wall between my unit and another unit, etc

I wish you guys could prorate the rent amount. I was upset that I had to pay my rent amount for the storage unit for one day. I moved out one day after my due date. Due every 29th. I couldn't move out until Sunday the 30th because of our work schedule. Paying the prorated amount would have been better than paying for a rental that I wouldn't need. Please address this issue. By the way the move out date is wrong on this email.
