The box arrived over 6 hours late for delivery. It was hard to get a person on the phone and we were not updated regularly regarding the delivery.

JOHN HI was told to drop the trailer in a particular spot and that they would check it in and email me a receipt. It's been 24 hours and I still have not received the receipt.
WILLIAM SDallas and Zack are the most helpful people.They was willing to answer all my annoying questions.And never made me feel out of place. Some of the customer service I have ever encountered in a very long time. I'm so glad to find people like this in today's work force. Thank them both.
ALVIN AI didn't like that l had to pay an additional $99 to have my U-boxes delivered after l had already paid the $99 when l booked it... it said pack it, pickup and delivery.... when I called to confirm the delivery address because I had gotten the apartment number wrong, the representative charged me an additional $99 fee to have it delivered, which was at the same address l put on there during booking but the number of the apartment complex was just wrong...l felt cheated out of some additional money l didn't have due to moving, had to paid rent in two places plus an additional $99 fee had me really stressed 😥😱

JAMES CI had to wait several minutes to get assistance for picking up my rental. No employees were up front and I felt ignored. Try adding some bells to ring or something, so customers can get the assistance they need.

I was able to call UHaul to get a truck from another location, so for that, I was grateful. However, it caused us to have my wife call out of her work just so she could take me to pick up the truck at the new location! The original location was within walking distance for me...so our family lost money due to this. However,

We even went over our mileage and she took it off and changed are dolly to the correct one since there was a price difference. She was amazing and very understanding! Would definitely recommend this store!

Nicole BOriginally I reserved a 6x12 trailer for pickup 8am on Friday to move out of the storage building. When I got there they didn’t have it. Shot, this happened last time too. Damit! I ended up having to spend $70 more dollars to get a smaller truck to get the move done.
JOEL HBecause the appliance dolly I reserved was unavailable, my schedule was delayed and cost increased because I had to rent a dolly at Home Depot. Appliance dollies are not optional for many moves and should be inventoried and tracked just as a trailer is. The daily rate could be increased to cover the additional expenses of doing so and still remain both more convenient and affordable than Home Depot at $30 per day.

ROY HI placed my order online and requested an appliance dolly. When I arrived I was told there was no dolly available. I would not have placed one on my order if it was not needed. I had to call and find a dolly and use extra miles for pick up and drop off a dolly that was requested. I have a reservation at the same location for Friday. I will be cancelling. I will not put an extra 10 - 15 miles on a truck and extra gas to pick up equipment that should be available.
