ALYSSA GI think the trucks could be inspected a bit better as there were some low tire pressure issues, but nothing major. Dylan was very helpful and nice.
DYLAN SI'm not inclined to do so(recommend). Depending upon who you handles your rental experience in store makes all the difference in the world. I visited this location 5+ times leading up to my rental date. I have fond memories of good experiences and bad experiences. During busy times additional help is needed.
MICHAEL BThis experience made me never want to use u haul again. I hired movers through the u haul site and they sent two guys from Lundis keep it moving. These two guys destroyed several pieces of my furniture, dropped my Chester drawers off the back of the truck onto the ground as I watched and never even acknowledged it, never finished loading the truck, folded my mattress in the truck, and didn’t try to be quick about the move at all. When I called the manager Brittany to complain she yelled at me saying they knew what they were doing. Meanwhile, I had several people coming up to me from my apartment complex telling me they’d never seen two people do a poorer job in their life… u haul told me I could keep the truck for no extra charge overnight since I ended up having to do the move on my own after that nightmare, but still ended up charging me for keeping it overnight. They also tried to charge me for gas but I filled it up before bringing it back. When I called to dispute they weren’t even sure what the charges were all for. Will never be using the east Nashville store again. I’m still waiting on a call from management or anyone at this point to get my money back. I should get a full refund at this point. Completely destroyed two full days for me.

RICHARD VWe had a great experience renting from this location. It had lots of trucks, our rental was clean and available for our reservation. The checkout was quick and easy . The location was easy to manage the truck in and out. i would highly recommend. We have had other experiences where our truck rental was not available as reserved which threw all moving plans into chaos .
Ann vEverything went well, except when I arrived to pick up the pre-ordered 10 foot truck. They gave me a 15 foot truck at no extra up charge. However, I really did not want or need the 15 foot and that’s all they had!

ADAM VGet customers reservations correct so as not having to pay more money for starters!!! I made my own reservation then when I went to pick up the truck my equipment wasn’t on there when I know I added it myself, but was charged an $17 extra to get it. Then the inconvenience of being told to drop the truck at the pick up location (Whites Creek) when it was a location right down the street from me (Lake Express) & getting a charge of $45 for taking it to that location instead which was closer to where I had moved. Will more than likely use a moving company next time with their own truck rather than use Uhual again cause I’m not paying extra when I didn’t go over the allotted miles, days & put gas exactly where it was initially.
LASTIRICIA FArrived prior to closing time (I think). There were a couple guys outside washing trucks. One of them guided me to where the trailer was to be dropped off. He unhooked the trailer and went back to what he was doing. Not a lot of conversation and no paperwork. I wondered how UHaul knew I dropped the trailer off 2 1/2 days early! GPS??
KEVIN MI told the lady that handled my transaction that I didn’t want the insurance, but she took out the insurance anyway. I told her I wasn’t going far, that I was going to drive safe. Therefore, I didn’t want the insurance. I would appreciate the 15.00 refund. I didn’t get my receipt until after I left because via email. So I didn’t know I had been charged insurance until after I left. I would appreciate if you refunded my 15.00. Thank you.

Benjamin TI usually dread rentals, but this was one of the best rental experience I have ever had. The staff behind the counter were very kind, efficient, and focused. I was able to get the rental quickly and when I returned staff helped me unload it and I was able to get on my way without a long wait. I will definitely rent from this location again.

SHANIQUA WFacility lot is a bit rough but super helpful lady.
BRIAN JWe had issues with the after hours pickup. The app kept crashing, we had issues with getting logged into our account on the app, and the one-time code feature was not consistent. The app seems laggy and sent notifications very delayed. We had to call the help line 2 differant times and recieved assistance which was very helpful.
Dylan BHeidi is awesome, as are the rest of the team; they are always professional, helpful and have great attitudes! Heidi should be a serious contender for management.
Michael FI have no complaints about the functionality of the truck. It ran great. And it met our needs. My only issue is that the Nashville location did not deliver a clean truck. It had bird poop all over the windshield, Mud inside the cab. And the box had dirt and grass in it. I found a bag of Nashville souvenirs behind the driver seat. I still stand by UHaul. I just felt they needed to pay more attention to the truck before it left a lot.

ALEXIS JAllow this location to be open until at least 6 PM on a Friday evening or make the after hours key drop off process easier to navigate on the Uhaul app. There were several customers along with me that were frustrated with the check-out.
EDWARD SI had a great experience. The staff ( 2 young ladies)on this day were outstanding, courteous ,and simple amazing. They rocked it.

DOMINIC AWe love the service at this particular U-Haul in Nashville, always accommodating. We thought we had an issue with one of the lights on the trailer and called for the service. It was a stormy day with potential tornadoes on the way and the service guy still showed up. Turned out to be an issue with one of our fuses. The trailer was practically brand-new. We do trade shows and often have to rent them. We always trust U-Haul.!

It would have been nice to receive an email explaining that we would need to contact U-Haul Customer Service from the app. The Customer Service rep was very helpful in walking me through the process. It wasn't easy finding the truck in the dark. The padlock was very difficult to open.

DAVID TIt was hard to pick up the truck the dumb app was messed up. Then they rented me a truck that felt like its transmission was slipping and having a hard time picking up speed to even go fast enough to make it to the destination. Very frustrating experience. Then I keep getting notices saying it’s time to pick up a truck and I am done with the rental truck four hours earlier then expected but the charge is still just pending.

JAMES YMore info on fees and gas cost should be included up front. I will also never be using self pickup again. The process was overly tedious and time consuming. The app was glitchy, confusing and took too long to load and to process my approval. I thought I would have the option to fill out more information in advance and I don't understand why I couldn't. The lock itself stuck and was difficult to remove and to re-lock.
Hayden HI gave an estimate of the mileage I would drive and drove under that amount. I was still charged for my estimate plus an additional amount. Something isn’t adding up.

MONIKA AIt was hard to find the initial entrance. Better signage would be helpful. It was located in a sketchy part of town. It would also be helpful to require that previous renters fill up the tank prior to dropping off so that it makes the experience better for the next renter. The staff members were polite and professional.
