Had to complete again at pick up. Truck was supposed to have 1/4 tank of gas. Truck was empty they wouldn’t switch trucks. Meant had to get gas right away at pick up caused delay in move

Eric VWith this location, choosing mobile pickup constitutes choosing a punishment for being a U-Haul customer. The app and the phone agent direct you to a box that doesn’t exist to retrieve the vehicle key. In reality, what corporate doesn’t know is there’s a coded padlock on the back of the truck. A note in the app, a sign on the porch – anything disclosing that would equal common sense. Instead, I and other customers were forced to walk around the facility (which seems part junkyard) searching for a non-existing key box.

Timothy LThe person who hooked up my trailer apparently did not check the lights before I left. We drove from Nashville to Austin, TX and apparently did not have working running lights, which is EXTREMELY dangerous. We figured it out after multiple truckers flashed their lights at us and cut us off in traffic. We were already in TX and the sun was coming up. When we dropped off the trailer, the manager at the drop-off store told us that we were very lucky that we arrived safely. Not only were the lights not working, several chains were not fastened properly. As we traveled cross-country with a very heavy trailer and my children inside our vehicle, I am very upset by all of this!!! We were unknowingly put in a very dangerous situation by the laziness of the employee at the pickup store.

Andrew BDirty location and couldnt get help to unload trailer. Parking lot was a dusty mess of potholes. Charged me $63 after I dropped off trailer for I dont know what which I need to follow-up on details. Just a bad place in what looks like a bad part of town with employees who obviously don't care about their customers.

James MQuick pick up and drop off. Only thing to note is its not a brick/mortar (more like converted garage) so not ideal if you were there outside of normal business hours /need bathroom.

Antoinette SI was overcharged on mileage. My pickup location changed last minute and I never received my mileage credit for going out of my way to pickup my truck at a different location and it resulted in that increased mileage.

AGEE GI left my wallet in the truck when i dropped it off. I went back about an hour later and the workers said they didn’t see it when they cleaned it out and that some unknown person had come and taken the truck and they couldn’t locate it. I walked in the back and the truck was there - despite their misrepresentation that it was taken by sone mystery man. Of course.the wallet was gone though. The manager was supposed to call me but didn’t. I followed up and she was polite, claimed to review the video footage, but of course saw nothing. The truck was fine - served its purpose - but the employees were dishonest so buyer beware … be very careful with your belongings.

Natasha CI didn’t speak with anyone but the drop off process was easy and quick. It would be beneficial for additional signage to be placed so you know where the drop off spot is and the key drop location is.

william kthe truck was disgustingly dirty inside and my husband and I had to clean the entire interior with soap and water. it had o ly a quarter of a tank of gas, which was annoying to have to deal with as well at the beginning of a stressful move. would never use that location ever again. We should be credited some monetary discount for the massive inconvenience.
Rick LWish I had been told that the truck is not waterproof. We drove in rain and the boxes in the "mothers attic" got significantly wet.
