JACTONE OThe customer service here was wonderful, and the associate helped me unload my vehicle from the auto transport in the rain. She was just overall very friendly and helpful. That being said, due to the entire reservation experience, I will not be using Uhaul ever again. Moving is stressful enough without all of that.

DARREN MUnderstandably there was a huge storm that rolled in and reservations were not all immediately ready, but upon seeing that my reservation was covered in ice and snow and unable to be operated safely, some of the staff scoffed and jested at the inconvenience and did not offer aid. Thankfully I believe it was the manager offered to collect the frozen vehicle and clear it so that I could safe take control of my rental.

ROBINSON DI was charged for gas... I replaced the gas I had used.. still was charged too much
Vickie WTell the truth about your refunds. I got a truck for 4 hours used 2 hours gas replaced and out of $67. I received $2.00 back used less than 10 miles from 1031 Whites Creek Pike Nashville, TN.
CAROLYN HThe van’s door lift door did not lock, which causes repeated opening when the truck went over a road bump or took a sharp turn (even at slower speeds). I had my friend driving behind me to notify me of the door opens, so I stop it and shut it down avoiding things falling out on the road and hazard risk to other drivers. The locks were proper when picked up, but when I tried locking in they did not operate.

JASMINE CI ordered the truck and car trailer, with blankets and a hand dolly. They had the truck and blankets, and asked me to go to a different location to get the rest. Perhaps you could’ve arranged to have it all consolidated, versus driving around town to get everything.
JOHN TThe employee behind the counter was fantastic! She was kind, friendly, and made the whole experience a breeze. The biggest thing that I would recommend is to get much better signage outside of the building letting people know where they need to go. The lack of signage makes it extremely difficult to know where to go and where the front of the building is. Thankfully the person working when I picked up was willing to answer the phone and tell me where to go so, I could get inside the building.

RONITA FI was a bit nervous doing this for the first time and they were so clear, kind and helpful; answered all my questions. Everything was ready for us to pick up early.
PIERCE MEverything was great! Except when I got in the truck it said 40 miles til empty. I returned it with 50 miles til empty and still got charged for gas.

MONTEL JI was so pleasantly surprised with the excellent service and cleanliness of my U-Haul. From registration to desk to pickup and return, the staff was superb. The truck was clean and an excellent value for the money. I recommend this U-Haul location without reservation .

susan mMy initial reservation was with the location at 800 Main Street, but when I arrived the keys were not in the lock box. With the help of a wonderful customer service representative I was able to change my reservation to this location, and it worked out.
