The last rental I did the man wanted to charge for gas but because I was there to show the pic on my phone I wasn't charged. Seems shady.

TRACY BI had a reservation for 4pm-9pm that I booked online with all information required (including uploads of my license). Despite having all information preset and me showing up on time, I did not leave the premesis until around 4:50pm due to there being only one clerk at the desk. At the time of my arrival, I was only the third of three customers in line. By the time I recieved the key I still couldn't leave because the vehicle booked for me was blocked in by another equipment vehicle. I then had to get back in line for around another 10 minutes. Not only did I lose time to move out, but I lost money for the time that I paid.
Tyrone JI’m glad you asked. Thursday we had some heavy rain. As I’m pulling another haul, the hydraulic system started pulsating the brakes on the trailer. This happened several times. Not sure if the slip control or tires was tripping the brakes, but that was startling to say the least

GEORGE F | Overall ExperienceI was sexually harassed and when I refused the advance for your worker he walked away and wouldn’t service me, the manager didn’t apologize he went with the worker words - then he got up and rushed out to the truck after they seen I was not happy about the sexual advance! Horrible how men treat women as pray instead of a paying customer! I’m sure this isn’t the first time sexual harassment has happened at this location! Your company should be sued - check your cameras it would have saved me from sexual harassment and some trauma!

Jonathan JThe truck I was renting has something wrong with the front end once you arrive at 40 to55 mph the truck starts bouncing like a basketball but other than that the truck was ok also when i dropped it off at the location it was after close I was approached by a man from a car that was sitting in the lot begging for gas money and how him and his to buddies that were in the car just dropped off there truck and needed to get back to the place where they moved from to get there birth certificates and social security cards and what ever else you could tell they looked homeless and trying to scam people just a heads up in case something was to happen to someone else dropping off there truck just a pre-caution thanks

ROSALIE MHowever, the following incidents occurred, we had problems getting out of the Building because the entire System went DOWN and It took us a long while to get out of the building, then we had to contact U-Haul after hours to get out of the gate!!! We were there almost 2 hours trying to get OUT period. U-Haul did send a person out but that was to no avail, Finally U-Haul over the phone finally did gave us instructions on how to pull the cable box off and find the black button, after which my Son and both Grandsons had to manually pull and push the gate open so at least one car could get through at a time. We were Exhausted, Freezing, and just so Exhausted!!! I also want to say my Son was trying to tell the person that we were having issues with the cards but they were trying to get off work and NO ONE was helping him at all. While he was knocking on the window the person told him to use his card but they didn’t take the extra effort to see what was going on with us. When he came back I was told what happened and was so disappointed with U-Haul!!! The reason why I commented on the Excellent Service was from the beginning of U-Haul did provide us with Excellent Customer Service and support, it’s what happened afterwards. We were literally trying to figure out what and how to get out of the BUILDING and out of the GATE. There was another customer that was trying to get to her storage as well. I would like to be compensated with at least one month free of charge. Thank you for your consideration.

I was provided no documentation that I was turning my unit over and It took at least 4 days to get any sort of communication from Uhaul that even resembles a confirmation that my unit was canceled. Just sorry to see you go email with here rate us. Doesn't give any dates or anything to confirm my unit has been canceled. I am not comfortable with this type of transaction I even went back to the store to confirm it had been canceled because I didn't receive anything when I turned in my badges or anything to confirm this and felt very uncomfortable. I felt like it was an easy way to get charged for the next month and it would have been my word against the staff's.

Every truck was very easy to drive, that I rented, these reason are why I return. Excellent place that has all your rental needs!!!!👍

I find it completely unreasonable that when I direct dial a local location after 4 rings it puts me into the nationwide support cue most often connecting me with someone who can’t help me in any way because my question or business relates directly to the location. Please fix the automated call system to provide an option to remain in cue for the next available representative AT THE STORE. Having spent several HOURS in cue to talk to people who were incapable of fulfilling my needs as related to my rental experience, I can say with complete objectivity that your automated call system sucks. I have rented from you many times in the past without a hitch (pardon the pun) but this time everything went wrong on so many levels that I was terribly disappointed. It was clear that your call centers were overwhelmed. I will be using your trailers to unload my storage when I get the keys to my next house, please fix the local branch calling options if you can’t get enough qualified people to answer phones. The added pressure of starting a day late with a truck that I couldn’t pick up because the pickup location was closed for the next several days after I was unable to pick it up on time due to payment issues and having to juggle funds. Getting less than helpful ‘help’ from your call centers wasted your money, my time and frustrated me completely. Had this been my first experience using U-Haul to move my property, I would certainly never again willingly risk subjecting myself to the anxiety and stress that I went through this week. Only that I have had many satisfactory or better experiences with your company will I spend my money with you again. Sincerely, Kurt Chapman

James G | Overall ExperienceI really liked having large carts on site to help move in with. There is no light in my unit and I find this very inconvenient. Hopefully there is an outlet nearby so I can bring an extension cord and light in. It was very clean and the floors were nice and smooth for rolling carts. I wish there were more access doors since I'm at the very end of a hall, but it works. If there had been others unloading or loading at the same time, this would have been a big issue. The access scanner Is way too short when you're in the truck, so you're forced to get out to scan in and out. The biggest complaint I have is the lack of 24/7 access. The gate locks at 10pm. I'm not sure what would happen if I was still inside, but it forced me to rent an extra day of my truck just to finish unloading. If the office closes at 7, what's the point of having a lock time of the gate? I raced back just to get there in time, but I would've only had 20 min. Maybe if check-in hadn't taken 45 min (even though I did check-in mobile the day before), I would've had time. For fear of getting locked in, I had no choice but to pay for another day...that included all the extras I didn't even need since I was just staying a few miles from the location. The units are nice, nice lock provided, I just hope there's a plug somewhere in the hall or I'm a bit screwed. I'd recommend the units.

A week after I moved out I got a call saying there was no lock on the room. I explained I moved everything and the desk clerk told me she would check it an evidently did not. The following week I received a message saying a payment was due on the 27th of June. I suggest better efficiency.
