JOHN W | First ImpressionsI was charged for 4 days instead of 3. I picked up late afternoon around 3pm on Wednesday 3-19 and said I would bring back Friday evening at 3pm or Saturday morning. The invoice presented from U haul charged me until Monday morning. I brought back my one way to Enterprise, AL on Saturday morning around 10:30 am. How is that considered 4 x 24 hr days? The rep was very nice and said she didn't understand why the computer charged me that much and offered to fix it in the computer after we left. Please advise. Denita Lambou 850-980-2002.
DENITA LThe whole process needs to be overhauled. We booked in-person at the office closest to our house and guy could not tell us if we would pickup there. Why? A few days later we were informed that our truck would be at the Elberta location. This wasn't to far away but we passed 2 other U-Haul locations on our way there. Why? Once at the pickup site, the system would not take my license. The nice lady had to cancel the order and use my spouse's license. Once that was complete, she could not get the key out of the lockbox on the outside of the building, she had to make several calls to a coworker. The whole pickup process took over an hour. We have rented several times from U-Haul and the process has always had problems.

AMY BI RECEIVED AN EMAIL STATING YOU HAD BOUGHT WOLF BAY STORAGE IN ELBERTA, ALABAMA. UNFORTUNATELY, THAT EMAIL ARRIVED AFTER MY PAYMENT TO WOLF BAY STORAGE WAS ALREADY BEING PROCESSING AND COULD NOT BE REDIRECTED TO U-HAUL. I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO CALL THE NUMBER LISTED WITH NON RESPONSE. THE FIRST CALL WAS ANSWERED AND THE YOUNG LADY SAID SHE WOULD HAVE MARY SHIVER CALL ME, THAT WAS 2 DAYS AGO, AND I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM HER.
