I have been renting from UHaul for about 40 years, and this was the best experience I can ever remember. Of special note was the knowledge and professionalism of Randy, the Customer Service Representative at this location. For many businesses on Sundays, you get what I call the "Junior Varsity", the less experienced and less committed employees. However, Randy was exceedingly professional and knowledgeable. In addition, he was very thorough and looked out after the customer's needs and expectations, answering questions before they were even asked. Most of all, Randy was very personable, making the process smooth and pleasant. I commend his handling of our transaction, and give him my fullest recommendation.

Rent pick up trucks. Had to go to Enterprise to rent pickup truck (it was a very nice RAM 2500) and then go to U-Haul to rent trailer. Made our day longer. (14 hrs).

I only had Saturday and Sunday to pack and Budget played games until 12:30pm Saturday before finally telling me they didn't actually have the truck I needed and had scheduled for over a week in advance! I called U-Haul Moving & Storage of Etna and they helped me right away. Kevin was super nice and so helpful! He got me booked right away with just a few quick questions over the phone, told me he would go get the truck swept and ready for me, and literally 30 minutes later when I showed up everything was ready to go! Kevin and his coworker were so efficient, got me set up with everything I needed, and literally saved the day!! They got me on my way as quickly as possible so I didn't waste anymore time and could get to packing. They were both very professional and extremely helpful, and I am very grateful for all their help!! I would absolutely recommend this place a thousand times over!!

Nothing everything worked well. I pre-registered on line for my truck which helped speed up the process at checkin. The rental was ready to go when I arrived. Return was done online and worked perfectly.

Our mover helpers in Pittsburgh where the worst. They damaged every piece of nice furniture we own. 2 dressers got big digs in them. My dinning room table and one chair are bad. When the truck was getting full they just threw items in damageing a lot of items. Very disappointed 😢

I am very happy with my experience at UHaul on Rt. 8 in Glenshaw. Back in 2018, I moved suddenly to help my family and had to put most of my possessions into storage. Despite a lot of chaos and difficulties over the past 5 years, at least I never had to worry about my furniture and possessions. :) I do feel lucky to have selected this storage facility. The environment is well-kept/clean, the staff helpful, and I always felt comfortable and secure, even when by myself. My things were all in fine shape when I unpacked. Getting in and out as needed over the years was easy. I really appreciated the free dollies and how super-easy and reasonable it was to rent a van. I also really liked the neighborhood green "donation area," where I could easily leave a few things behind. Last but not least, a thank-you shout out to Hank who worked there the entire time I stored there; he was always helpful and friendly, and that was appreciated.

Always have a good experience with personnel at the Rt. 8 U-Haul. Been a customer for over 10 years and I highly recommend this location. I was quite disappointed to have my account debited after I had closed my unit because the paperwork was not processed correctly when I closed my unit on October 30th and my account was debited on November 20th. I had to call and get the money refunded only to find out my unit was never closed out on the 30th of October as it was supposed to be when I was in the office and spoke directly with Hank.

The garage bays are not easily accessible as equipment is in the way for backing a trailer. Luckily my trailer was small. Any bigger and it might not have been possible to get into the garage.
