When making my U-Haul reservation, I was told that the equipment I needed was not available at the location. I asked for so that I would need to pick it up at this location, however I asked to drop it off at my originally requested location, which was Kenton Ohio. I dropped the equipment off at Kenton, Ohio and was informed the next day that that was not what was put on my rental contract so I was charged for a wrong location drop off when I know that I did not ask to drop it back off at the Findlay location!

MICHAEL OOverall good experience. Very friendly staff at the counter made the process quick and easy. Facility is new and obviously still under construction, so I'm not about to fault the fact that there's construction materials out and about. Could use some indication as to what units are where internally (signage indicating that Units 1001 - 1025 are this way, 1026-1031 are that way, etc), but that's probably just something not yet dealt with during the build-out.
