Over the last few years I have moved my mother's belongings, moved from a home to condo and back to a home. I have rented multiple different sized units from this facility and also rented trucks and bought boxes. The staff were always friendly, professional and helpful! I am extremely pleased with the experience and highly recommend U-Haul and expecially this facility and staff! Thank you for making many difficult times easier to handle!

He and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We had some external issues that put several challenges on our moving and storing needs but tMiguel helped a very stressful situation by going above and beyond to help us know our options and made suggestions regarding services offered by U-Haul that helped a lot. He was patient when we extended twice last minute .Truck rental pricing was fair and storage promotions suggested by staff allowed us to obtain convienent storage. I witnessed Miguel interacting with employees and he was busy at all times either haloing customers assisting staff or helping clean. We also met two of the cleaners who stopped to help us as well. The units literally shine and where other storage facilies seem to have dust caked doors, uhauls cleaners work daily and it looks amazing

Luis QVehicle reserved at a QWIK PACK & SHIP 75 EGLIN PKWY NE STE 115A On arrival, there was no truck. Representative not sure what to do. Spent 15 minutes on the phone. I drove 5 minutes to the pickup location on 200 Irwin Ave. The Owner/Manager was very helpful and found me the same size vehicle at a location 10 minutes away - great job. These third party vendors you use for many of your pick ups and drops offs and not very knowledgeable.
DEAN TWe have used U-Haul containers for several moves now. We always find that the U-Haul computer system is cumbersome and not client friendly. On the other hand, we think the staff is fantastic. Starting with Miguel Casillas and Destin all the way to the drivers who deliver the boxes. We have always been very happy with the people at U-Haul. Frankly, this computer system is so cumbersome that we probably would not use U-Haul again if it weren’t for the people they overcome your system.

Robert WSomeone called me and made me modify my reservation, I had a 26 ft truck and a car dolly, to be picked in two diferent locations then both had to be returned in the same location that I did´t choose 1 hour away from my home instead the one at 20 minutes. The whole experience was terrible. Then you charged me 21 extra for the extra miles you made me make.

JANET HThe amount of info that must be provided to UHaul for the purposes of renting a utility trailer is nuts. Aside from picture ID and maybe a credit card for damages, the amount of personal data is over the top. A picture of my DL, plus my cell, seems adequate. I was asked for another person’s cell? Why? No thanks. I entered my ALL my credit card when reserving online, then asked again at pickup. Your liability requirements for a utility trailer are too much.
JARRETT LThey told me it would be a 25.00 cleaning fee at drop off and they charged me 125.00. Then, they sent me additional receipts for fuel that I already replenished for 240.00. The manager at Miguel refused to dispute the charges and I plan to go above him for review, this was wrong and very financially wrong on U-Haul.
Karisa DSmelled like smoke, the tire was low. When I got it home I had to call road side service to come change he tire. The yound man that changed the tire however was a gym. He was very nice.

There was equipment left in the cab indicating that a thorough check in had not been done. I drove the moving van exactly 3 miles and was charged for a quarter tank of gas. I believe that the previous user's gas consumption was not accounted for. They said I was responsible for the gas level reported, but it would have still been their word against mine. The "other guy" truck rental facilities' staff do the walk around with you so that you can both agree on condition and gas levels. Otherwise Desk staff was very helpful and kind.

I waited for another 1 1/2 hours to hear back. I then had to show up at 0400 to make sure no one steals my stuff and had only 2hr of sleep.

Also, when I called yesterday, the man said he would call me right back to confirm everything was taken care of and that never happened.

Our storage facility was perfect and we used it as a staging area for one month visiting it many times during the month of May 2023 to pick and choose what we could fit into our small apartment in Bob Hope Village. The rental units floor is probably 10" higher than the parking lot, all in one single transition, making loading and unloading a bit more work. Other than that they were very clean, dry inside (it was pouring rain when I was there), inside a secured fence perimeter and had exceptional security camera coverage of entire facility. I have been involved in security of government facilities for most of my career, and the perimeter fencing and camera coverage present at this facility is as good as most government installations. Those types of deterrents typically force thieves to look for easier targets. I feel my belongings are safely stored here. Would recommend.

We started the process again with the printed paperwork having multiple misspellings of names and email addresses. Training in customer service, attention to detail and verifying information is desperately needed.

That was clearly not the case because upon inspection of my unit after the conversation there were many holes (openings) from both units on each side of me. I was highly upset because I had to throw away some of my children's belongings because of this issue. And again no one has reached out to me regarding this issue and it's been over 3 months. Another issue is my card stopped working multiple times which was an inconvenience of me having to walk from the gate to the office to get another card.

Unfortunately, the experience turned distressing when we went to drop off our items to the outside storage shed and the storage shed was locked with a Uhaul lock although we purchased a lock. We were informed by the facility staff a week before and again on Saturday that we could rent the moving trailer and the outside storage unit. We informed that we would be dropping off the same time that we rented, which was 6:45 p.m. However, when we arrived at about 5 p.m. no one was at the facility, which was fine but the storage unit was locked. We count not unload our items. There was not an emergency number for us to reach anyone after hours. We received an answering service with a friendly person named Lindsay. The issue was shared with Lindsay. She was incredibly understanding and helpful. Tomorrow, I will have to go to the store when they open up at 7 a.m. before my work day begins and hope that someone will be there to help me unload the trailer given the storage is for my 80 y/o mom's things. The rating would be an excellent had it not been for the storage shed being locked when we were told that we could drop off our items after 5 p.m. on Sunday and that we were not able to contact anyone after hours for emergency assistance. I would like an opportunity to submit a higher rating and review when this issue is successfully addressed. For now, our items are sitting in the Uhaul mobile storage truck in front of the exterior storage unit that we rented. Sigh ...

First of all, we signed up to do mobile pickup of our U-Haul. This was supposed to be the faster, no-contact way for pick up, but my Husband still had to go inside to get the keys and it took longer than it needed to. Apparently they were supposed to put the keys in a lock box outside and they just didn’t. Oh and when I say “They” I mean one man working at one small desk with one computer (in a giant room that could fit many other desk) trying to help everyone who is renting, returning, etc. On top of this only one of the loading door docks were opening while we were there so there was a line of people trying to load and unload there stuff and the parking lot is a disaster to navigate and feels like it’s just a bunch of storage units thrown in the Kmart parking lot (because it is). When we went to get our stuff out of our unit we rented a truck from another location because we didn’t want to support this location anymore. Hopefully they get better.

Spent most of my time in Lin waiting waiting and the computers a never work, they don’t take cash, no place to load and unload besides small doors in the back of an alley, no night hours to have access to your units. I dodn’t Set up auto pay, but one of the employees decided to added it in my second month without my permission. I will never use this location again. You need more employees and help at this location! Ridiculous! The manager there is very rude as well. Daniel is slow, but did have a good attitude.

lynn Z | First ImpressionsWe are a military family that moved to the local area and used Uhaul at the old Kmart location to store our home contents while waiting on a rental home in the area. When we moved in, they put us towards the back of the building (told us we could use the back doors to move in and out of) and three weeks later when we went to move out the back doors were locked and blocked, and the only way to move everything out was through the front, although we were told by Uhaul workers that we were "not allowed" to use the truck bays to load our vehicle, or use the large doors. We were told to use the "entrance" doors, that do NOT function correctly and were locked most of the time. IS THIS WHAT YOU CALL USER FRIENDLY?! I will make sure I explain to EVERY military family in the area where NOT to store their things while in transition. Uhaul made our moving experience even MORE difficult than it already was, if that was even possible. I would give zero stars if I could. On top of all of this, the staff at this location was less than helpful (except for Pat).
