Good place of easy access in Germantown. The staff are pleasant. The cabin of My one-way truck rental was not clean and I had to return to the office to get my blankets. Overall it was a good experience.

SKYLER KI have folder most of the Blancs if not all of them, I didn't remove a plastic bag from the truck upon return. I was charged for 25 for Cleaning, no rain, no issues, only plastic bags in the back of the truck. I rented a truck for 6 hours. Really? I complained on this and still awaiting to get a final response. I've been a customer for years and this is not the way to treat customers. I'd like to get a response at cvelez77@kenvue.com Thank you

DANIEL PRatcheting hardware on auto transport trailers need better maintenance. I experienced difficulties with one side and feared it would loosen throughout my trip. I had to make multiple stops to adjust and make sure it would hold the vehicle in place.
JOSE VThe instructions for charges are more than I did in the beginning of the contract. I put gasoline and after that are charging 6 gallons extra ..:??? What the heck?! I’m not agree for that is not nice. And others charges I don’t understand why???? I need to talk with custumer service

KWABENA TI reserved a pick up truck, they didn’t have any when I came to pick up my truck. They shouldn’t allow reservations for equipment they don’t have. I had to take a van. They quoted me .59 cents a mile but I ended up paying 1.19 for just a local move. Didn’t love that. However; the truck was very clean and the employees are very nice which was appreciated.

Minsoo HThe front desk guy didn't showed me exact spot of truck and 3 times i went back to the office and asked him for spot! they didn,t have any other customer but didn't care me to help for spot!! on the third time i was angry and told him "you have to come and show me where is the truck" then he came and we saw it was not in front of the line and it was third car which was stuck between other trucks!
KAMRAN JI lost the key to the U-Haul on Saturday. I went to the location and advised the employee of what happened. He told me they did not have a spare key and to come back on Monday. On Monday morning the manager confirmed there was no extra key and told me to call roadside assistance. Which I did. A locksmith came and made me an extra key. I took the U-Haul back. Here’s the problem I have. I found the key on Tuesday.I was charged for Sunday and Monday. I asked the manager if he could waive the fees for the two days I was charged and in exchange he could keep the extra key that I had to pay $350 for. He declined.

Ikenna OThis was not my original location I reserved the moving truck. My first location at 19603 Frederick Rd did not have the truck when I arrived for pickup. I was extremely disappointed and upset due to the fact I had plans to start with my moving right away. My moving crew had to wait an extra hour while I handled the inconvenience. I had contacted customer service who found the same truck at this location.

DAVID TInstall a jack on the front of the trailer. I to disconnect the trailer from my truck to load it because it was too long to leave it attached to my truck. Once the trailer was loaded, it was impossible to lift to reattach it to my truck. I needed to two other people to help lift it. I would give it 2 stars for convenience of use.

BABAK KI always rent here, and it's amazing, but this time, the trailer wreaked of fish, and I have a food service business, so it was quite off-putting and impactful!
BADAR KThere were additional charges that I did not ask for and did not use, so I had to return to the office to address that. Staff was courteous and removed the extra charges quickly, but it would have been easier to not have wrongly added charges in the first place.

AMIE KI was charged for the gas tank not being filled up. I have a picture of the mileage (which was correct) and the gas tank (the picture shows the gas tank full. I am requesting a refund for the fuel. I am happy to submit a picture with a date and time stamp.

CARLOS M | Overall ExperienceI stored my motorhome on the U-haul lot. It was damaged 3 times, twice by other vehicles, once apparently by an individual. It had to be towed after the last incident. The help I got from the general manager and the MCP (marketing company president) in trying to identify the party who caused the damage was insufficient. My email and phone calls were not returned. When I made contact with the general manager, I was given conflicting information about the availability of security camera footage. I was told it was available and being reviewed, shortly before I was told that no camera footage was available. This led to my lack of trust in management. All other staff were very friendly and tried to be helpful.
