I came in needing a storage unit, and Coyote Grove handled everything with the kind of professionalism, confidence, and calm leadership you’d expect from a manager. He walked me through the whole process, made sure every detail was taken care of, and kept everything smooth from start to finish. What really impressed me was how he took initiative when another customer walked in. Coyote Grove didn’t miss a beat — he helped them quickly and respectfully, then came right back to finish helping me without losing focus. The way he balanced both situations showed real skill and genuine customer care. The shop felt organized and easy to navigate because of how well he managed the interaction. Honestly, if every business had someone like Coyote Grove running the front, customer service everywhere would be on a whole different level. Jesse MActually had the best experience. The lady who helped me rent was so nice. I didn’t catch her name. One employee really stood out and I made sure to ask what his name was. Coyote was very helpful and friendly. Coyote was helpful with the return process and made it super simple. Coyote also made sure to answer every question I had and offered to help us unload as it was me and two children. The equipment was clean and easy to use. It made moving my mom so easy and appreciate the team at the gila valley U-Haul location. Coyote definitely deserves to be recognized for being such a kind helpful person

Very friendly and welcoming and helped out with whatever we needed and answered whatever questions we had. 10/10 for this U-Haul rental and employees!

IRENE SHonestly, I loved the employees, from the manager in the morning to the return experience at night.BUT the rental price was exorbitant. Uhaul being the only option in literally 150 miles made it the only reason I went here. I hope I don't have to again any time soon. The employees and the equipment was great, except I wanted to rent a pick-up truck. They literally had one in the lot but they weren't renting it...so I had to go for a more expensive option.
