The rental agent on duty Saturday and Sunday was excellent. I was a bit frazzled with the uhaul help agent but once I got to the location the agent on duty made it seamless!

All was great. App stopped working when I went to return my rental van. Luckily i was returning during open hours and a rep inside helped me. The rep also said their computer system was not working so I guess it was a company system issue. Despite this my total charges were what I expected so I’m happy. First time renter and will come back if I need to.

I rented thru enterprise before and never got whacked for little "add on" charges on top of the rental charges. Charge what you're going to charge, but get rid of these nickel and dime charges. It's not about this location, it's about u/haul predatory charges to build gross.

My only negative experience was the day I moved into the unit. I felt that the employee in the office was very rude. I was informed that there would be a lock in the unit the day we arrived and there was not. I went to the office to get a lock and was basically accused of lying when I told her there was not one. Hesitantly she provided me a lock.

This was a terrible experience not including this location. I ordered a 20ft truck from a nearby facility over 30 hours in advance to pick up at 6:30am. Once arrived, they stated there was no equipment assigned and even customer service couldn’t get the truck for me. They asked me to drive an additional 27 miles out of my way at 6:30 in the morning to get another truck. I ended up canceling the order and having to order a larger truck that I didn’t need, not pick up for an hour after my movers arrived and this all ended up costing me an extra $285 due to the inaccurate information telling me my truck and equipment was ready for pick up at the desired location.

This was a fine location but it was too far for us. We have a hard time finding a pickup truck near new market or Cambridge MD

The truck is got this time was easily the worst truck I have ever rented. The transmission screams as you drive, alignment was way off, front suspension is worn out and it struggled to hit highway speed even unloaded. Staff was great but the truck was awful

In all the years I have rented from U-haul, I have never had a bad experience up until now. Being broke down on the side of the road, my first thought was to locate the closes U-haul and have my son (who was the closes to me) grab the trailer and head my way. This thought would turn out to be wrong! First, after being told he can't rent it due to age, my wife has to drive several counties away to rent the trailer. Howe er once she gets there, the U-haul representative tells them my truck (full size F1504x4) dosent have the towing capability to tow a motorcycle trailer. Which is absolutely absurd. Mean while, I am on the side of Rt50. This was the worst experience with U -haul for my entire family.

We have had a lot of storage units over the years in different towns and states. Grasonville is the best facility we have ever found and used. Always clean and well maintained. Staff always helpful and pleasant.

The unit was very clean and conveniently located. I appreciated having access to the trolleys to help make the move easier. My only issue was that there was no lock provided in the unit of which I received a message letting me know that it would be. When I brought this to the attention of the employee, she informed me that it should be in the unit and there should be a green tag on it. I informed her that there was neither a green tag nor a lock. She reluctantly gave me a lock. Otherwise, no issues.

I was originally supposed to pick up the uhaul in the early morning but the keys were not left where they needed to be for me to pick up. So I had to delay my move two hours until the office opened. I get things happen but this was a significant hold up to my day. If it is not an option to pick up the keys outside the office hours it should not be offered as an option. The people at the front were helpful and I understand it’s not necessarily their problem. But this should be looked into.

So, so much better than our pickup. The shop was clean and inviting, with loads of supplies to help with a move. The girl at the desk was friendly and efficient. We were in and out in less than 2 minutes! What a great, easy experience. Thank you!!! For exhausted people who’ve been moving for a week, it was so wonderful.

I will add one thing. We’ve used this location several times and had rented both a truck and trailer. We were disappointed that there were no storage lockers available and openings were very limited for months. We were also not able to take advantage of your one month free with rental.

there were spider webs on the truck when trying to get in, and the back of the truck had some loose debris in it that I had to sweep out. also I had to remove the sign from the windshield, not sure if that was supposed to be done before pickup.

We dropped the truck off after hours, so there were no personnel to help. I was using the UHaul app to upload photos and complete the return process. Three quarters of the way through, the app crashed and I could not access the truck return feature again. I am hopeful that all information was received as it should have been.

The location did not leave keys for us. We had to wait 1.5 hours there until they opened when our originally pickup time was 5:30am. There should be better communication so this does not happen.

The trailer wasn't hooked up to the truck I rented when I arrived, after paying I had to wait 20 min before I just hooked up the trailer myself while the only employee was in the office helping someone else who walked in way after me. I then had them check over everything and after I did the "before you leave" inspection, there was damage to both the truck and trailer not marked, not mentioned, and not pictured. I noted these and uploaded new photos. The driver side trailer fender was badly damaged and after leaving I realized it was likely that the trailer and axles themselves were damaged since the trailer was bouncing and jerking the entire trip. I have never experienced such a poorly maintained trailer. The truck was fine for the most part. I will be contacting UHaul about this issue. Also I was overcharged for the rental!!

Moving truck was old and worn out. Doors didn’t close all the way. Door locks kinda worked. The vibrations were enough to rattle your teeth loose.

Horrible experience yesterday securing my U-Haul. We purchased a 20” UHaul last week for our big move on Sunday (moving to a different state!) only to find out that we were unable to pick up our truck. The online experience was HORRIBLE and the wait time was over 2 hours, which is insane. We waited an hour to pick up the truck, had to cancel/request a refund, and was only able to pick up a smaller truck from the area. Not only were we unable to pack it full one trip… but the only allowed truck return drop off was over 45 minutes away. The absolute worst UHaul experience ever.

This is no fault of the location or their extremely helpful and friendly staff. Our equipment was clean and ready during pick up. Our issue was that during our drive we encountered thunderstorms and the trailer leaked. All of our stuff in the back was soaking wet, some things were ruined.

I have used this facility for more than 10 years and have never once had a complaint. It is humidity and temperature controlled, which was my main reason for choosing this facility in the first place; there was never once a problem - The staff was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and always ready to help me with anything I needed. We were here for many years. This is one of the best run facilities (not just storage facilities) that I've encountered. Always clean, helpful, safe, and Bobbie Sue is extremely responsive. Restroom facilities were always available and clean. I appreciated that there's plenty of carts. I liked that you had an 'excess' area for unwanted, but still usable items - very ecological-minded.

I can't tell you how impressed I was with this location and Roberta. She provided superior customer service and was always very pleasant and helpful whenever I needed her. I stored with this location for more than 3 years. I knew it was the place that I wanted my "stuff" to be stored in due to the security, climate control, and most importantly the cleanliness and its first impression Roberta made with me. On top of that the facility maintained that same beautiful "just cleaned" look throughout the entire time I rented my unit. Upon emptying out all of my "stuff", everything was in the exact same condition as it was when I put it in there more than 3 years prior. Anyone thinking about renting here should have great peace of mind that their belongings will be well protected!

I found the manager to be not very helpful or friendly. It was like she couldn't be bothered and I was an inconvenience to her. The rest of the employees were very nice and helpful. I checked out because my rates changed twice in a year. When I left they didn't give me a prorated rate for the partial month. I think this is bad business practice - especially during these trying times.
