First I waited in line for 1 1/2 hours to be waited on. Then your national computer system was not working. The young girl had to use her own cell phone to check me in and send me a contract via a text message.The delays forced my crew I haired in Green Valley, AZ to wait. But I had to pay them while I was delayed. Then the young girl could not find the truck. It was behind a larger truck. As a result the crew at the other end count not wait so they had to leave and could not come back until Sunday at noon. The end result, I had to extend my time with the truck and other four hours. Which also costs me extra money. This was not the U-Haul I used to know. What ever happened to paper contracts? Your company should not stop because your computer is n to available. The end result was, it costs me a lot of extra money. All of which was no fault of my own.
