Did not have my guaranteed rental had to settle for smaller rental. This was not fault of pick up location I made reservation online. Online message said rental was guaranteed or I would receive $50 which I did not get.

Was told I could return the car dolly early for half price when I dropped it off. After waiting a week for the refund customer support told me they don't do refunds.

My 1st experience with renting from this place and it was a Sunday and it took a very long time to complete registering. Then after I returned the next day it wasn't put into the computer properly which caused a huge headache when turning it in. How does someone put the equipment i was renting on someone else's. This should not have happened. If I wasn't in such a hurry I would have asked for compensation for that rental.

Their ratings are outstanding. I agree with all of them. My service today from the team at the Guntersville AL n was great. it took twice as long to do my hitch and Dustian did not complain or cuss the entire time. Alisha (I think I spelled it correctly) is a top notch manager. The show room was clean and well organized.

Did have a problem that receipt was not sent by email. I return to location for a printed receipt.

I was charged more than the quote I looked up 2 days before. I expected to pay around $160, but was charged over $200. One item, 12 moving blankets, was quoted as $30, I was charged $40. Also, the insurance was quoted at $28, I was charged $32. I'll make sure to save a screen shot next time so I can dispute charges.

Hire more help to take care of customers needs. Even though my equipment was opperable and reasonably clean, a customer before me faced mechanical issues with his rental and this caused a line to develop and over an hour delay for customers picking up equipment, most of which was already reserved. The single employee who was there deserves accolades for her dedicated service. She did everything humanly possible to take care of everone's needs in a timely and professional manner, but so much was out of her control. Because someone had not checked out the rental equipment properly the day before and only one person on premise trying to do her job and the job of several others, a long line of customers was delayed.

Very easy to use trailer, pulls well at 55 mph, but don't push it as all roads are not the same! Towing 1985 C10 with extra 500lbs in the bed with 2009 Avalanche averaging 13.9 mph. Thats a well balanced trailer.

This is my 2nd experience with this location. Everyone is very professional but clearly this place is understaffed which results in long wait times. This could be a really great business if there was enough staff.

The car trailer I rented needed to be rinsed off it still had salt residue on it from salt being put on road during snow

i was very disappointed when the two girls gave me the key and said it’s out there on the lot i said where she said it’s a new location so we are not sure. there is one down there and two up here. she said the number is on there. i had to go from one end to the other to try to find it. and it was cold but i should not go around the lot and find a truck that i am paying for

Great service and a great storage facility. Brad, Alisha, and Josi were awesome to work with. The storage facility is very clean and convenient they also have very up-to-date security features that give you peace of mind about storing your items there as well as make you feel comfortable when visiting. This facility is a great addition to Albertville.
