That’s what he said and he said I hit one of your vehicles and I hit one of your vehicles. He waited till four hours to come at me. I’ve been having problems day one with him if I gotta do any kind of business with y’all again. I need him to have a better customer service. He is very horrible and I will not do business with you long as he work with y’all and more people I’m telling about it.

I was able to reserve a truck and pay via their phone app. The app was easy to use. 2. When I picked up the truck from Hereford Texas, the lady was very attentive to all my queries. She helped me with all the procedures. 3. They gave me one month free storage rental. 4. I've noticed their vehicles are being upgraded(new). 5. Amanda, Cayne and the other lady were so easy to talk to. They provided a very good service. The uhaul office is 10621 S Main Street, Houston Texas. Thank you so much uhaul!

But since it changed to uhaul l the two times I interacted with the office in person they were rude and couldn’t provide information about the bill. Also when uhaul reps call they are very rude to the point where they hang up in your face for informing them accurate information. I would not recommend this facility now due to horrible customer service.
KAVIN P | Overall ExperienceI made a one way reservation from Louisiana to Texas, but reservations sent me to an unmanned station, on Saturday so I had my movers meet me there, but no one was there, so I had to pay them for their time and when I called back, they told me they opened at 7:30 Sunday morning, again no one there, so I called the number on the door and was told it was a unmanned station and to go to the Main Street location by then my movers had another job and I still had to pay them again for coming back and waiting, one hundred dollars each time, do to the misinformation of the reservation agents.

I had to pay in person because you FAILED to re-direct activity on Space City Storage's payment site. Then I was called saying I had not paid. I have paid this bill TWICE. Now I recieved a letter saying I had not paid and a message here that I was being charged $15.00 for being late. The phone number on your letter is the OLD SPACE CITY STORAGE phone number that does not work. I need to know how many days late I can be before I get a $15.00 charge because you are not open every day 24 hours. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR PHONE NUMBER ON YOUR LETTERS SO I CAN TALK TO A HUMAN BEING WHEN THERE IS AN ISSUE. TRY TO FIGURE OUT YOUR PAYMENT SYSTEM BEFORE CALLING ME OR SENDING ME LETTERS THAT SAY I HAVE NOT PAID STOP WASTING MY TIME WHEN YOU OBVIOUSLY DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU OING.
