Truck was old, beat-up, inside and out, and not in good condition. lots of miles, breaks were dangerous. very disappointed. value vs rental not at 100%.

ALAN NYou need two people in the store. One man cannot perform the indoor paperwork and the outside hook up tasks without making customers wait. I gave good marks to this location because the u-haul employee did his best but I had to wait almost 30 minutes to get out of the store with my trailer.

DAVID TThe staff at the desk was not very proactive. Our gas tank level was marked wrong. They did initial the paper but never changed the computer level for the gas tank. Glad I had my own picture when I returned the truck. Your employees need to be a little more engaged. Thru don’t even speak when you walk in the building they all just look and stare at you. Weird. Hope this helps in your customer service training.

WILLIAM BI had a reservation for a 10ft for 24 hours. I was late a little over an hour to pickup for 24 hours but the truck was not reserved and the reservation was cancelled. no warning or anything.

REBEKAH BYour online check is awful. I called to see if I could rent a truck and was immediately sent a text to do it online but it never went through. I ended up going to the store and going in the old fashion way. There I was met with a pleasant young man who appeared to be delighted to help me. Keep that part.

CHELSEA HThe U-Haul Truck was provided with a statement that the gas tank was "full". I drove exactly 20 miles from U-Haul to Flex Storage and back with a stop in the middle for my home. I filled the Gas Tank at RaceTrack with 6.258 Gallons of fuel for $18.33. There is absolutely NO WAY that 20 miles used 6.258 Gallons of fuel. My contract price was $60.16 and paid to Credit Card. Now I find U-Haul has charged an EXTRA $10.00 to my credit card. Evidently the service man LIED when he said the Truck was full and evidently the previous user's milage was never checked and the tank was not filled. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND U-HAUL for this reason.
