Very friendly, helpful, and efficient employee. I haven't had to use Uhaul in years, so it was a huge relief to have the experience go so well.

There was literal human feces next to the tire on the trailer at the pickup spot. We were given a mechanically unsafe trailer that nearly lost a wheel about 20 miles into use. Repairs took more than 4 hours with no refund or concessions for the situation.

I am so appreciative of the ability to obtain a Uhaul van on a busy holiday weekend. The vehicle was ready when I arrived, the staff were very helpful and I was very pleased. I am glad to have the Uhaul located in my neighborhood and I will continue to use this location in the future. The equipment was very clean and easy to use.

I called a few days before reserving because I had questions, the person who answered the phone replied she "didn't have time for more questions as there was a line of customers". When I picked up the "truck" - the person at the counter was VERY helpful, he answered ALL my questions and was very thorough. I appreciated that there was a "key drop" location to make my drop off more convenient.

Despite it being a holiday weekend and there being many other customers aside from myself, they employees were very helpful, patient, and understanding. Instructions were easy to understand and were placed well on all of out equipment. Parking was a little difficult but that's due to constraints of the lot size, which isn't really fixable.

I found a female staff member to be rude and unhelpful. Her tone and volume of communication was not very pleasant. When came to getting the truck out of the lot I was handed the keys and told good luck. Just rude and dismissive like the customers was interrupting her day.

When I went to get my reservation the lady working the counter acted like someone shit in her cereal and she was making it everyone else’s problem. Also was super weirdly happy to let me know she was on her way to a repo almost insinuating that I wouldn’t return my truck on time. Her crippled ass needs a new job or a better husband… if she has one

The area of the U-Haul store was questionable, but the store itself was clean, neat and comfortable. The employee that came out to greet us, was very helpful, answered all of my questions, and got us out in a timely manner.

It all would have been great if I didn’t get the truck and they said by the way there’s 1/8 of a tank left. I got in $ the actually the gas light was on. So there wasn’t even that. The windshield I had to take home and clean the inside because it was so covered with film that it affected visibility.. This is just basic stuff that should not be happening.

Mike acted like I was wasting his time and was very dismissive of an issue I had with a paddle lock on the truck. I told him there was a paddle lock locking the door shut his first thought was to tell me “no there wasn’t” and yes there was I’d have been very upset had I drove off just to find out I couldn’t have got in it to use the truck.

The number of homeless people at this location was disturbing. When I returned the trailer, I was quite literally circled by multiple of them and felt pretty uncomfortable. They also were living in the trailers and trucks. Additionally, my trailer was filled with trash when I picked it up. I can only imagine that it was the homeless given what I saw at that point. The employee at the desk was nice when I picked it up, but the place runs slow and honestly is awful. If it were me though, I’d start by getting all of the trailers and trucks on one piece of property instead of adding a crazy amount of complexity by using different lots across the road.

Truck was dirty. Inside of windshield was filthy. Truck wandered all over the lane. Steering or alignment issue. Tires were 10 plus pounds low. Windshield wipers were falling apart.when I returned the truck and reported the issues, they responded that all the trucks wandered. And did not acknowledge any of the other complaints. It was an in town Truck that they rented for a 200 mile trip. I have rented from this location before with no issues. Not again, I will go elsewhere. Very poor customer service. Had 195000 miles on it. Probably does not need to be on the road. Very unhappy.

Cargo van rental was fine. There was a low tire pressure light on the dashboard. I visually checked the tires & didn’t see a low tire but I didn’t have a pressure gauge to check tires. I advise checking the tire pressure before the next rental.

I appreciate that we never experienced an issue with pests, insects or break-ins however, the outside of the facility could really use consistent cleaning. The amount of trash and debris that is always on the grass and in the parking lot is ridiculous and looks very unwelcoming.

Mark is the man! he has a great group of people he works with I most say thank you so much for all he do there good guy Mark But the truck I got from here had Bedbugs and Roaches on it! They say I could wich it out for Different one but I had already put my things on the 26 truck and it was hot and raining too! Now I have pay to kill them before I move my stuff! I DIDNT HAVE ANY BEDBUGS or ROACHES before I got this 26 truck! So now I will have to pay a Exterminator to get rid for them when I moved into the place. Because I know I got them Now!

I always rent from here and they are very helpful with getting a truck! But this time the truck had bedbugs with Roaches all Waiting on us. Now I have to boom befor I can move my things in I let them know what was on the truck but at that point I had the truck more then 4/3 the way full on a 26 footed and very hot out too so I couldn't change it out for Different track at this point I was mess up and I had it for two day trying to move And now with bedbugs and roaches I didn't have befor I rented a truck 😢

Best Uhaul experience I’ve ever had. Jasmine especially and her crew was sensational consistently whether I got a storage space or truck. If you had undercover boss you’d probably promote her to the top and with max benefits, and she’d be an example for the entire Uhaul system .

This is a pretty good place to do buisness as long as you stay in touch with them they are very easy to work with. The only thing that I had an issue with at first was finding the number for the actual Uhaul Service center and Storage Facility that I was working with. I recommend that you ask for their direct number when you are in the facility filling out paperwork so that you do not have to go through the corporate phone tree and answering service which by the way is not very helpful and has proved to be very frustrating compared to working directly with the on site staff members.

We had an outstanding experience with the U-Haul. We were coming from three hours out of town and hit construction which put us behind our scheduled pick up time. During a busy moving season in a college town, the staff was kind enough to move our pickup and return time to ensure we had adequate time for our move. Pick up was smooth, the staff helpful and friendly. There was different staff on duty when we returned the trailer and moved into the storage unit but the service was the same, top notch. Kind, patient, helpful and had a great sense of humor. Would highly recommend U-Haul Moving and Storage of Kalamazoo (1004 Portage Street Kalamazoo, MI).

The manager was polite and trying very hard to efficiently handle the folks in the queue waiting for service. Unfortunately, he opted to try to handle two customers simultaneously at two registers. This slowed down the process and was frustrating when it was finally your turn.
