JOHN LErika had great customer service when giving me the vehicle. It was a quick exchange which I appreciate because I was on a tight schedule.
KEVIN GCustomer Service was awesome. They explained everything in detail, hooked up the trailer for me and did a safety check before I left the parking lot. They explained the advantages of having insurance and when I returned the trailer they assisted me with parking and disconnecting the trailer. Each of the employees that I dealt with displayed great interpersonal skills.

ANDREW WI rented a storage space from “Storage Near Me”. I rented for several months and then decided to pay for a year’s rental. The company gave me a 13 month lease for paying ahead. In the interim they were purchased by U-Haul. My wife and I stopped by to drop something off a few days after the end of the twelfth month of the 13 month lease. We were locked out. Luckily it was a Saturday and someone was there. I registered my complaint on deaf ears. I subsequently sent a letter and e-mail to the manager, Ms. Askew. I never recieved a response. To add insult to injury, they went up on the rent immediately at the time of purchase. Subsequently, I recieved notification that they were going up on the rent, yet again. At this point, in spite of the facilities being new and well kept, it was no longer cost effective to remain there. I’ve located a similar climate-controlled unit nearer to my home at a much more reasonable rate, albeit an older, but well kept facility. I would suggest that the U-Haul facility practice significantly better customer service, going forward.

She’s an amazing addition to your team. When I got there nothing changed from the phone. Other than that the unit is in good condition so it was not a problem for me to sweep it out before moving my things in. It was empty and did not have any belongings or trash from previous renters and is in a good location and the customer service is very good so that is good enough for me. I just wanted to be completely honest.

MAURICE RThe 5x5 climate controlled rooms are not actually 5x5. I measured and they are roughly 4'7" x 4'7". I wanted to use the 5x5 for my 4'8" Spinet piano. Because of this misinformation, I was forced to upgrade to a 10x10, as there were not climate controlled 5x10s available. Please update your website with the ACTUAL dimensions.

However, when I get to the U-haul storage and truck office and Kathleen, they would not allow me to leave the trailer and then drive into one of robins to drop the trailer OL so just a little miscommunications. When I was told in the beginning I could drop the trail off at any u. Haul truck, rental and storage location. But the gentleman was animate in Kathleen that I could not leave the trail there even though there were plenty of apart spaces on the side of the building where there was another trailer.Any small truck
Maria W | First ImpressionsEmployees were wonderful and very understanding when I needed a 1 day extension. When I went on the app to extend my rental, it would not allow me to do so. Instead the app stated 'there is another family waiting on this rental'. I have always been able to extend ( when needed) when I rented at any other locations with no guilt trip form the app (again the employees were understanding). Is it because this location has limited inventory and rely on my rental returning when I initially stated I would with no flexibility in the return date????.....I do not know but this is my theory so I will return to the larger U-Haul rental facilities to avoid this in the future.

Daniel CWe paid for 10 miles, we drove 12 and were charged $15. The vehicle had less gas than stated when I received it. I filled it 8 gallons of gas….6 gallons passed where it was necessary to turn it in and I was still charged $15.

Jacob TNothing wrong with the facility, the only bad experience is with the after charges, the very bad trucks with the most horrible driving conditions and the least one the condition of the contract to protect only the company and nothing to make the customer feel protected also. All my life I use several times U-Haul but from now on I am going to use other companies.

Marlin TWhen UHaul assumed ownership of the storage facility apparently the rates dropped. Not once did anyone co tact the people like me who rented prior to them taking control. When I asked about the difference of cost I was told “yeah you are part of the old ownership” and they would t lower my cost or give me a credit. It was at THAT point I said screw UHaul. I had been at that facility since 2022. No more!

Office staff sent me to 1-800 number to talk about charges and 1-800 number sent me back to local office to talk. Got the run around, so I moved out. In addition, UHAUL no longer honoring Military discounts, not getting my support. There are too many storage options these days… Should have held on to current customers and then charged new rates to new renters. Bad business/bad customer service, in my opinion.
