Doing the preregistration for inputting my info and my alternate persons info was easy. It’s entering my banking info your website did not like. But I drove to the kaukana location and got it all figured out.

My boxes arrived the 31st and I was told I should receive a refund for the delayed shipment, however, upon request they told me that the delay was not from the shipping department but from the local office and that I should contact local office for refund which is not true as the shipment arrived at the local office on the 30th. When talking with one office/department, they throw the blame on the other office/department and do not tell you anything other than call the other office/department. No body will give you any accurate answers as to where your boxes are or when they will arrive and keep referring you to the other office/department which does not help as well.
Ayman EI initially reserved the truck on-line at the Kimberly location. There was no indication at that time that the vehicle I rented was not available (10’truck). A day later I am notified that my pickup location has been switched to the Kaukauna site (adding 10 miles to my trip to pick up the vehicle). If customer service was a priority, wouldn’t it have made more sense for U-haul to have someone drive a 10’ truck to the location where it was initially reserved rather than inconveniencing the customer? I also stopped at the Kaukauna site two days prior to pickup to change my drop-off city (which the on-line software would not allow me to do). Upon arrival at the site, I was met with no live person but multiple signs requesting I text a phone number to get help because the representative was in the warehouse. I texted the number and proceeded to wait about 10 minutes before someone showed up. However, the representative was very cordial and helpful once she arrived. Bottom line, it appeared, like many businesses these days, customer service is not a real priority.

CHASE KRepresentative was friendly and efficient. Truck was ready to go. Cost per mile was a little high, but this worked for us to pick up a hospital bed for mom.
TERRANCE CNothing exceptional about the place. Hours suck for anyone wanting to stop in before work. Alarm system is incredibly annoying since it glitches constantly and blares obnoxiously. Annoying that you don’t get a refund for unused days when you know they’ll rent the place back out immediately and double dip. Woman at the desk was friendly but I only interacted with her for all of 5 minutes.

ROBERT WMirrors needed cleaning as I couldn't see anything. Trailer blew a tire half way to our destination and you took an entire day to get us set with a second trailer. Your 1800 number was very unhelpful.

CRAIG PI reserved a truck from a location that was 1 mile from my house. When the reservation was confirmed the pickup location was 15 miles away from my house. I had my choice of seven other locations that were closer than this location. This change added $40 to my bill as well as cost me 1 1/2 hours of additional time. I find this situation unacceptable and will seriously consider other rental companies on future rentals. I made the same comment to the employee who checked me in, he was very surprised they made me drive that far to get the truck considering there was plenty of time for them to get a truck to my requested pickup location.

Lindsey Otrailer was not at the first location at which I reserved two days prior. it took me additional time and traveling to get a trailer once we located one at a different location. I was not happy or impressed with the overall experience

Sue PThe associates have always been friendly and accommodating. They were able to reassign me to a different storage unit closer to the other 2 units that I am currently occupying. The facility is always clean with plenty of carts to use. An associate even called the next morning to check about the 26 foot truck that we were returning there. We left it parked at the facility over night after fueling it up. I could have just left the keys in the drop box but forgot about the after hours drop off.
RONALD NOur unit was provided free of charge for a year because we are a VFW Post locally. Your billing system could not operate properly. We received late notices for the first few months. We notified your office each month without a resolution of the problem. It became VERY frustrating! And at the end we received final threats of late charges! We will NOT deal with your company again!

Mark HA joke. Make me wait outside because someone don't know the difference between 1 and 2. Wait there to get checked in because someone put the key in the wrong damn box delaying me as well as all the other people that are waiting on me for this truck. Then don't even have the decency to discount the final bill. With all the other u-haul centers out there, there is no way in hell I will be be back at this location.
