Super easy pick up and drop off. Very reasonable prices.
JESSE MThey need to have a sensor to detect when someone parks in the return area. We followed the signs to the return tent and sat there for a few minutes. No one came so my wife went inside. The staff is in an office which cannot see the return tent. We could have sat there for an hour and no one would have noticed!

Whitney W | Overall ExperienceThe kid waved my husband back without watching him until he hit the trailer and dented the bumper on my new truck! The kid was looking at me and saying, "I assume he's using the camera," while waving him back. AND we couldn't use the trailer anyway because the opening on this "6 foot wide" trailer was less than 6 feet.... ugh. I have rented from uhaul a lot. I will think twice about coming back.
ROBERT FI am impressed with how clean it was. Staff was very nice and helpful. The only thing that I didn’t appreciate was someone who decided to use the majority of carts for their stuff they were either moving in or out.. it had nothing to do with the staff just a ride customer. I’m so happy I decided to rent there.

IVELISSE CUhaul vans are hard to come by in this area. I finally found one at the Kaukauna site. I lucked into a 2025 vehicle that was a dream to drive. Jarod was very helpful. I will DEFINITELY do my Uhaul rentals through the Kaukauna site from now on!!!!

Jon RStaff was great and helped me get ready to roll out in inclement weather. I called with a question during the rental and the question was quickly answered. Return was done very quickly. All in all a positive experience.
KENNETH ORented trailer and dolly. You guys forgot to give me the dolly and it backed all my moving help up until the next day because of it. Told your employee “Jared” this and he said he would give me an extra two hours and only charge for one day. Came back when we agreed and got charged for two days anyways. Have called three times to address this issue and was promised manager would be calling. Never received a call. Will never rent here again. Terrible experience.

Dan GOld old old enclosed trailer. Beat up and rusted. Door did not open easily. Had to be 25 years old + PLEASE UPGRADE YOUR EQUIPMENT!!!!!

BONNIE TNext time a truck shipment comes in and you have 2 people waiting over 30 minutes to return, just take care of the 2 people before you have to label a bunch of stuff for a shipment. I waited over 45 minutes and eventually just left my keys with a note. I didn't know what else to do no one else was there.
RACHELLE KI made a reservation and I got a call when I got there that my truck wouldn’t be available. Someone had reserved it before me. They offered options for a few hours later. However didn’t tell me I could downgrade to a van at the same location. I found that out on my own. If this wasn’t the only option, I wouldn’t use. Local location was great!

CHRISTINE PMy reservation was for 10am It took 13 minutes to find an employee. It sounds like there was a loading issue somewhere else on sight. I left the lot at 10:22. This was 22 additional minutes I had movers waiting and doing nothing during. Paperwork was quick enough and returning the truck was a breeze.
AMBER LComputer system was slow and the clerk was not friendly or helpful. Took 20 minutes to get the truck that I had to go 16 miles out of my way to get after making an online reservation to pick up a truck less than 2 miles away from my house! Why even ask a pick up location when you constantly switch pick ups? Then you don't make a mileage allowance adjustment after I have to drive 16 miles in the opposite direction of my move and I'm over the mileage by the time I get there! This is the 2nd time this scenario has played out for me this year alone. I have kids in college and I rent trucks at least twice a year. I will go with someone else next time!

Michael HLocation was supposed to be open for business at 7am, but was not open until 9. Earlier would have been helpful, because I would have easily solved my other problem: I spent 20 minutes looking for the dropbox for the key, which was located off on another side of the building from vehicle dropoff, with no indication of its location anywhere near dropoff.
CAITLIN HApp kept crashing. Could not complete check in until I made a phone call to U-Haul
ANDREW FCyle, I believe was his name was very nice. As this location is not officially open (Officially opens August 1st I believe) I was unable to check in or out the vehicle by my phone. We made it work and things were fine.
Carl SHave the customer get a look inside the truck box, before renting, to confirm actual floor space available. We rented a 10' truck that should have been perfect to bring home a lawnmower. We opened the truck for loading at the dealer and found the wheel housing jutting up in the floor diminished the actual floor space widthby over 10" so it was impossible to load the mower. Our rental fees, insurance, gas fill up and mileage were totally wasted. Apparently, if we had taken a larger truck, the floor space would have been open and unobstructed. Would be good to know. Lesson learned. Rental agent was outstanding. Welcoming and upbeat. Knowlegable. Smooth, easy rental process.
