Michaela the office general manager is an amazing person who will work with you and any issues you might have.. a very caring and understanding storage facility who have help problem solve many times and I will never not give them five stars.. all the staff is caring and dependable and speak and treats me like a real human and they are all kind and curious whatever the situation is.

I could understand if it was 1 or 2 days left on your month but a week or more you should reimburse customers. You're able to rent the unit when I leave and get double the rent on it. It's a terrible business practice and cheats your customers out of money. The only 2 employees at this facility that were courteous were the woman who does the cleaning and the woman who drives the white SUV In the office. The other employees have terrible attitudes and customer service skills and treat you like you're an inconvenience. I will never recommend uhaul to anyone because of your business practices.

He lost his key and I said cut it off. Your employee wouldn't let him and charged 50.00 to cut it off. That ridiculous. I get that is up to the individual MCO but if I am used to it being open so I can get my sofa and dining table out, just like I have ALLOVER Oregon and California, then why is the SW Washington human worried about homeless people. Are they serious. There are no homeless within 10 miles, that specific location is still new AND remote. So stupid. If PDX doesn't do it Kelso shouldn't.

My only feedback would be larger doors on all large size containers would be handy but we made it work. We ended up renting 2 units and when they heard about my broken toe she made our second unit easy access on the ground floor. The large elevators were so handy!
