Stating what kind of trailer connection you need with a trailer would be nice. I had to pay for an adapter on top of a hitch because my truck doesn't have a 4 pin connector. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

NORMAN WI thouhgt checking in on line was easy and when gwtting their to pick up your truck it was easy to find. And I did need help they assisted me on what i aske & needed right away

Sofya PFarida was the rep who answered the phone at the location. She was rude and didn’t know what was going on 6/24/25. I asked about an ETA and she didn’t even know what it was and bless a major attitude. Horrible. The only saving grace was the driver who dropped off the u-boxes. She was amazing ! They should have her as a manager or the district should use her as a gold standard for all customer service handling because wow ! Diane was top tier!
Kristina SRented an rv unit that supposedly had 20 amp power. Choose this location so I could keep refrigerator and heat running. After relocating here and plugging in, we had no power so went to office and was informed that power was on a timer and would only run 2 hrs per day. Was never communicated before and when I told the manager that her answer was I should have known that. Terrible communication. Don’t advertise electricity if you really don’t provide it! Now I’m stuck looking for new location to store our rv.

CLAIRE VPlease start listing all of this locations inventory on the main website instead of a limited selection. Maybe it has something to do with the soft opening, but it would be much nicer from a customer’s perspective to be able to schedule a pick up online. Beautiful facilities, and great service at both pick up and drop off. Thank you for making the storage of trailers/trucks so much nicer at this location!
ANDREW ZFirst I kept getting messages about needing to pay my account/late fees- I kept checking the app where my balance was zero and when I finally called the facility they said they didn’t know why I was getting those. When I arrived to move in, there was a tractor trailer blocking the main entrance and all but 1 of the drive in spots, which fortunately the person in that spot was almost done. So it turned out okay for me but I’m not impressed that the facility would allow blocking all other customers from easy access in order to accommodate a moving company. There were rat/fly traps left in my unit, so now I’m worried about my belongings.

VIRGINIA S | First ImpressionsThe mobile design of everything is absolutely horrendous. It took 45 minutes to pick up our U-Haul online and had to ask for assistance multiple times. However, only one woman actually seemed to know what was going on. Everyone else just ignored you while you struggled and waited in line. I am a young, technologically educated person and was still confused. At multiple points the woman had to tell us to ignore steps or certain verbiage and move onto the next step. It was beyond frustrating. It also didn’t say anywhere that my phone with the app had to be at the location while dropping off the uhaul for it to be completed. We didn’t find out we apparently did it wrong until we got a call the next day and they were gracious enough to not charge us the fee. I also had to deal with the phone customer service at one point and that was also a disaster. All in all a super frustrating experience. Would not recommend this location.

JAN PPoor service from socastee store. Delivery in myrtle beach was late. If I had not called to ask where it was It probably wouldn't have been delivered .They told me there was a confusion as to who was to deliver it. Then said they had trouble with Fork lift. No one called me to let me know. We sat for 2 hours before I called.then trough many phone calls. They showed up 3 hrs later.not acceptable. Then they came a day late to pick it up. Then had the nerve to charge me full price for delivery. Very unprofessional.
KIM KI ordered a 5x5x12 storage unit which any ordinary person would think is 12' deep, not 12' tall like a silo. I had to switch immediately. The person who helped me meant well but was new and not trained at all. He caused me to lose almost an hour of my time. This location needs to train its new employees better.

LAWRENCE BCheck your video cameras before charging me twice. I dropped off a trailer before my drop off time and still got charged twice. I was never told to use the mobile app. I was just told to drop off trailer where I picked it up and that’s exactly what I did. The lady at the counter that day was nice.

I think the vehicle was too far away from the main office; the clerk did say she was having difficulty with her computer. The clerk was helpful with what she could solve. Everything else was fine.
