JAN PPoor service from socastee store. Delivery in myrtle beach was late. If I had not called to ask where it was It probably wouldn't have been delivered .They told me there was a confusion as to who was to deliver it. Then said they had trouble with Fork lift. No one called me to let me know. We sat for 2 hours before I called.then trough many phone calls. They showed up 3 hrs later.not acceptable. Then they came a day late to pick it up. Then had the nerve to charge me full price for delivery. Very unprofessional.
KIM KI ordered a 5x5x12 storage unit which any ordinary person would think is 12' deep, not 12' tall like a silo. I had to switch immediately. The person who helped me meant well but was new and not trained at all. He caused me to lose almost an hour of my time. This location needs to train its new employees better.

They helped us get the correct hitch and explained how to hook the trailer. They also introduced us to the U-Haul app so we could return the trailer after hours. All a great experience.

LAWRENCE BCheck your video cameras before charging me twice. I dropped off a trailer before my drop off time and still got charged twice. I was never told to use the mobile app. I was just told to drop off trailer where I picked it up and that’s exactly what I did. The lady at the counter that day was nice.
JAIME GThe connection to the website to check out the vehicle was poor; I wasn’t able to upload the photos for the initial check out. I think the vehicle was too far away from the main office; the clerk did say she was having difficulty with her computer. The clerk was helpful with what she could solve. Everything else was fine.
