The trailer door was difficult to slide up and down. Very old beat up trailer that should be refurbished or scrapped.

The friendly staff answered all my questions and went above and beyond to help me out. The young man also took time to help me load and unload some heavy things into the unit. I would recommend renting any unit here. They do not have an elevator so you will need help with anything heavy. The place is clean and well maintained.

CHRISTOPHER VTake a few minutes to walk customer to the vehicle, help them check the vehicle, ensure all ordered equipment is there, and help them resolve any issues with the Uhaul mobile site. I'm a first-time renter, but it wasn't obvious how to work the key fob, the hand-truck I ordered wasn't in the van, and the photos I took of the dashboard kept getting rejected by your mobile site. Took me a painful half-hour just to get the van out of the parking lot.
ROBERT TI used your mobile app for the online check-in, but found it slow and asked some of the same questions I already went through when initially booked the rental. Rental return was much easier, except the location had no rental key drop off so I had to find somebody to take the key.

LEONIDES DI booked a one way rental for 8:00 but it would not be available to after 10:00. I ended up getting a In Town vehicle which added to my cost and time. Customer service (otherwise) was excellent!

RILEY DThe opening employee didn't have keys to the facility. We had to wait for a coworker to arrive for the facility to actually open. No apoligies were offered for the inconvience of waiting 35 min past opening to dtop off trailer. Then I get emailed receipt charging me for missing or damaged $32. I didn't receive any explanation of these charges. There was not damage and all the padding was returned.

PRITPAL ANot so good this time. I had a 2:00 pm pickup arranged on a Sunday, but the office was closed and locked when I got there at 1:50 -- "Back in 20 minutes" but no date/time on the sign. Attendant did show up about 2:20, and the truckwas fine, but I was on a tight schedule and was getting nervous.

Then, when I arrived to the storage unit, a representative there informed me that there was no elevator and my unit was on the second floor. I am shocked that the answer to this issue was to either climb the stairs or cancel the reservation. This location should look into investing into an elevator since the representative mentioned that this is a reoccurring issue. I was not satisfied with this experience at all and how this was handled.

In my opinion Felipe and this team are hard working to provide the best customer service possible. I recommend this business to anyone requiring rental space and moving equipment in the Tri-Valley. My husbands and sons had to wait about 30 minutes for the whole process before they could start moving our furniture into the unit. As we’re moving, the clerk reminds me that we will not have access after the office closes, although the confirmation I received and your website list access as available until 10pm. Then, when we were done, we could not get the lock on the door. After struggling with it, we finally had to ask the clerk for help, who had to use a screw driver to attach the lock.
