Worst company ever let someone with my information rent a truck1 and now asking for me to pay the bill before I can rent a truck through them everyone that needs a truck should rent from enterprise instead way cheaper and better security services

Vehicle was not maintained well, after 200 km from Saint John at Woodstock vehicle was giving some unusual noise and I had reported to Road side assistance. Unfortunately we had to wait 5 long hours on the road for the mechanic who came all the way from Fredericton. He came and checked found out some issues, he told spark plug issues. He asked us to follow his vehicle back to Fredericton to the garage. I drove my damaged vehicle with loud noise all the way to his Fredericton garage. He started repair 1 pm and extended until 6.30 pm in the evening. Such a rainy and cold weather we compelled to sat in old uhaul vehicle all these time. That mechnic Jerry such a rude behavior and talking in a uncultured way, when ever I enquire about the status he was talking in a very arrogant way. In between we called many time for assistance, either vehicle replacement or to provide some basic facilities like hotel accommodation or anything, I regret to say no one responded to us according to our situation. Whole day from 6.30 am to 6.30 pm, 12 hours we were on road without any assistance. Instead of 2 pm we reached our hotel Montreal on 2 am next day. I can't simply stand for such kind of ruthless and arrogant treatment. I hereby put up my claim for$ 1500 for ill treated and mental stress we have gone through for 12 hours. Kindly reply what is your action you have taken in this regard. For next customer this kind of things shouldn't happened
PHILIP YAlthough I have been a longstanding customer who has unfortunately had to commit to storage rentals, I feel thankful, and blessed, after leaving another storage facility, to know that my belongings are maintained in clean, rodent free, and well cared for facilities on Hickey Road, Saint John, N.B. Sharon the Office Manager, has demonstrated a REAL genuine compassion for her customers, through these trying times, and Ben, a young respectable employee who has consistently offered above & beyond customer service, are truly representation of what TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE. Thank God that sense of humanity is still available & I have the pleasure to share it. Thank you Sharon & Ben for caring the way you do our WORLD needs more of it. A THANKFUL Customer!

Amy ALargest and best equipped location of Of the seven locations I visited. The first six were in Denver, only two were main retail stores. The others were pick up locations with very little to offer. All in all the retail stores were very good. The one in St. John was outstanding, including the 24 hour drop off.
WILLIAM BWhere to begin. First, I was unable to pick up my rental from my requested location. U-Haul sent me close to outside city limits for my pick-up, causing me to use almost a quarter of my allowed miles just to get my rental. I was then charged extra for going over my miles on my bill. Second, I received multiple conflicting phones calls and texts regarding where to drop off the rental. One call advised me to drop it off in the wrong city. Second call advised my original requested pick-up spot, but that was followed up by a text advising me to drop it off at a location I never heard of before. When I called customer service they were unable to verify exactly where I was supposed to go. Third, the latching mechanism on the back of the truck was seized shut and we had difficult time opening the back at first.

BRIAN JWhen I checked my credit card it has a extra fee which I wasn't told about. They need to send the final receipt too so that you can see what was charged. They need to explain that they are charging more if they have to so the person doesn't get a surprise charge.

Anna MWhen someone calls to book a reservation for the furniture they are moving that they be provided with a truck that can fit it all at once. I called three times to make sure that I had enough room to load everything all at once. I explained to the agent that booked my reservation exactly what I had for large furniture and because she was very adamant that I could fit everything in this one truck for one load. When it came time to get the truck just looking at it I knew it wasn’t going to work but unfortunately the location didn’t have any bigger trucks. I had to do 70 miles of driving because it ended up being 4 loads and costing me more than what I wanted. On that note because I had that size truck I got a storage unit that met that size truck because I was told I could fit everything in it. When I got there It was a struggle to fit everything in. Im a very unhappy customer at the end of the day.
