Nothing! The trailer was great - but I have to mention that the guy (didn't catch his name) who took care of the rental/return etc. was amazing. He was super conscientious and helpful. I would go back to this location simply for the great Customer Experience that he facilitated.

ANDREA CEverything was great except for the price for storage, I payed $260 a month at no cost to them ,in my opinion it should have been cheaper, I had no choice but to store my stuff at the last minute as i was moving out of town . I tried to get my stuff out as quickly as possible. Had it been cheaper I would have been able to have more time ,not to mention when I got the unit it was the only one they had and it was too big for what I needed ,they should have lowered the price .I will never rent a storage unit from any Uhaul again because of the price, other than that the staff was great.

Maksym I | First ImpressionsThe only comment I would make would be to add a step to picking up the key from the lock box. I would recommend that after the key is retrieved that the final step is to re-lock the box. It felt weird leaving that lock there and worrying that somebody might steal it. The attendant working that day was there with me so I am hopeful that he took the lock to a safe place.

RUSSELL AAbsolutely not My truck wasn’t available for 14 hours post pick up time. Every time I’ve ever rented a uhaul it’s been with problems and frustrations. Never again in my life. I want my damn money back.

BRADLEY STruck was reserved for pick up in Fredericton NB 120km from Saint John NB office. Less than 24 hours before pickup I was informed of that change. No solutions offered by any U-Haul staff other than I should figure out how to get to Saint John or forfeit my reservation. Terrible experience all around.

Storage is not cheap, however when the need arises, there are NO HIDDEN COSTS with Hickey Rd UHAUL, as other companies will impose,. When you engage in an financial arrangement with Hickey Road Saint John, you know what you are obligated to pay. However, when it comes to the unfortunate need to have to resort to shed rentals, the BONUS is, HICKEY RD UHAUL STAFF truly are SECOND TO NONE. In my experience they clearly see beyond a business, they see the value of compassionate customer service, who genuinely represent a true sense of respect. I have UNINSTALLED, REINSTALLED, spoke to Circulation Staff, to no avail...MAJOR CHALLENGE for on line payees with multiple service commitments...UHAUL APP DOWLOAD Rating last I attempted to download was 2.3 😒 SUGGESTION: IMPROVE THE APP CAPABILITY WHICH IN TURN WILL IMPROVE THE RATING. WORKING FOLKS RELY ON AN ON LINE RESERVATION IN OPPOSED TO AUGMENTATION SERVICES WHEN OFFICE IS UNAVAILABLE. Denis JIt would be greatly appreciated if locations such as this are identified as a major facility - i.e., they have trucks, trailers ( obviously when available) and supplies (boxes, locks . . . ) Identified separately from locations of convenient drop offs, such as the one on Millennium Dr Quispamsis - they have nothing, no boxes, not enough packing paper. Hickey Rd location, they are great to deal with, couldn't ask for better experience.
LESLIE RThe truck was in bad shape. The sun visor was not attached and swung in front of the windshield when driving. The driver side door did not close well. Sensor lights were on, I was told it was ok but it did feel like it was pulling to one side.
