The fuel tank was not full when I picked up the truck or something was wrong with it. The fuel gauge dropped to 3/4 within 15 miles and took 15 gallons of fuel to go 95 miles round trip at a lumbering pace.

BARRY RThe lafayette ave location was amazing as was the return location in Woodburn. However the reservation experience was awful! I made the reservation for the lafayette ave location. # days prior to the pick up day, uhaul called me and moved me to the other Mcminnville location on cumulus ave. When I arrived, I they were closed as I expected but the 24/7 pick up was not set up for my truck. I called uhaul and GUESS WHAT!? They sent me to the original reservation location. aaaaaaaarrrrrrgggghhhhh. Not cool uhaul. took and extra hour to pick up my truck.
Amy YGreat location, plenty of parking to leave your vehicle for a few hours, customer service is the best I've experienced. Elias and the gang there are why I am still using Uhaul.
