4 employees were on the roof. Customers had to search for employees to fill propane and reservations.

They didn't do a walk through, they said the equipment was there. We had to drive 70 miles from the location we original reservation. The get there only truck was there. Had to drive 170 miles to get the trailer that running lights didn't work, since there was now 2 different locations lost out on the package deal.

I was told one thing by a U-Haul worker at the desk and then charged without being notified in anyway. I’m currently disputing the last day charges, especially after the nasty interaction with Kendra, who has the customer service skills of a pebble.

Tried to tack on a fuel charge after I left, even though I returned it with more fuel than I started with. Required me to call Uhaul and get it refunded. Dirty trick.

Man working the lot was extremely abrasive and rude from the start. I stood in the building for around ten minutes before anyone noticed me. I understand things are busy on the lot outside, that’s totally fine. But when he came in he stood at the door and stared at me and asked what I needed, and treated me as if I was completely out of line to walk in and ask to rent a truck. Told me he didn’t have any trucks. (With a lot full of trucks) and then huffed and puffed his way through the rental process. Made me feel like I inconvenienced him for doing his job.

Drove up to return and the only person on site walked past three times without saying anything or making eye contact. I had to ask what to do to return the truck and he acted annoyed.

The Strand Ave location was being run by two strong, very intelligent young ladies. While in line, I watched both ladies engaging with customers, swiftly, happy, and professional. When it was my turn and I gave my information, she asked where I was parked. I apologized because I couldn’t get through because of all the trucks and trailers being rented. She smiled and said it was no problem. She scanned their equipment, unhooked, and dropped the trailer in the matter of 20 seconds. Smiling again, she said, “Have a great day.” Then walked back inside for the next customer. 10/10!

The employee did two things wrong, attached the safety cables, parallel without crossing them, and badly instructed me on putting the toe straps over the bar as opposed to under (the instructions are right on the bar).

When the girl checked me out and she told me the fuel was straight up at the half and I didn’t realize that she had marked the 5/8 so when I filled it back up to half then I ended up getting a $28 charge from my drop off. Little irritated.

Between my work and personal use I have rented a LOT of vehicles from this location. Everyone on staff here has always been helpful and responsive, even when there's a million customers simultaneously! The very few times I've had issues with anything have been resolved promptly and easily. Overall I'm very satisfied with and very grateful for the staff and equipment.

Staff in Missoula were unsure when box would ship. It did ship on date originally scheduled. It was not made clear to us that box would be moved inside facility the day after it was made available for packing. It was moved back out for the final items to be packed once I requested it. It seemed like I received a lot of phone calls confirming the delivery and pick up dates. I assume that is because there have been issues. I had not issues and would use this service again

The staff at the strand location was friendly and helpful. They suggested equipment the better for my needs when I came to pick up the keys and when I struggled with the drop off check one of the employees kindly helped me check out.

The assistant manager, Maddie, had charged me for not having enough gas in my truck in a recent past order. I believe I heard the manager of the Tukwila UHaul tell me different information about my gas level, verbally. Maddie gave my truck to a couple 2.5 hours earlier than my return time and had woken me up saying the truck was in the lot and I had the key. I’d unloaded but was waiting until closer to return time to get the gas. Her computer said, incorrectly, that I was to return it at 3:30 a.m., not p.m. A big, stressful mixup. The manager agreed to give me a credit for $14 for gas charged to me given the situation. I was pleased.

The young woman with dark hair and a little overweight could benefit from learning how to treat customers with more respect. She was rude and dismissed. I would choose not to use this location again because of her demeanor.

Another customers coming in seemed upset because of a mistake on the contract. I had a mistake on mine as well re: delivery time, they messed up the time. People were nice and helpful, it felt a little nicky nacky at the end when I was a little low on gas ($12.00) so I went to fill it up. I didn't want to argue with the woman. Overall it was fine, they forgot to collect their lock, so I brought it back to them. I'd likely go back, there was more good than bad and the mileage seemed way off, but again, I didn't feel like arguing with the place.

I had to wait almost 30 min for service and then waiting to get a trailer moved from in front of unit. I had hired movers and they had to wait around till the area was cleared. Due to their wait, I Had to pay an extra $40. Knowing there was a reserv for that unit moving in that day, that area should have been cleared and ready for our use!

The guy at the uhaul place was awesome - but good thing they were open when I arrived, because the access info I was given was completely incorrect. There is no gate, no keypad next to my unit, and no lockbox with a keypad to get into the unit. They got me in and took great care of me, but if I had shown up when they were closed with my U-Haul full of stuff, I would have been screwed.

U-Hauls online system is renting people storage units that don’t exist. As a result, 2 families including ours arrived with loaded moving trucks to find no space available, and no further assistance.
