This time the lady I picked up with(Bridgette) told me about the extra used boxes they have at the front and those definitely came in clutch. Thanks for always being there for my crazy amount of moves and I hope this is my last rental for a while haha.

Lenora HI would recommend this because of Joshua. He stayed beyond regular hours to help me out. I had made a reservation but somehow it didn't stay on the system but he held the rental for me even though he received flack from four other people wanting this last rental equipment. He knew I was coming hours to get to his location and his word was his bond. He was amazing.

DEAN KThis was a distressing experience. The online experience and customer service reps both allowed me to book a 6’ x 12’ trailer, and despite me raising questions about tow rating, I was assured this trailer would be fine for my car. Upon arrival, I was strongly urged by the location rep not to take this trailer, as it posed serious risk to my vehicle. We ended up getting a smaller trailer, albeit for a cost greater than the initial trailer reservation. Was very dismayed.
