MICHELANGELO PMy appointment was booked and confirmed via the UHAUL website. Upon arrival at the Mt Pleasant, MI location, Autumn was quick to greet me and confirm my hitch installation order and that I would be waiting there as I live about an hour away. Although there is no seating area for waiting customers, Autumn said I could wait anywhere I wanted and made sure to point out the restroom location. She quickly alerted Adam, the hitch installer, that my vehicle was there. I had a couple of questions about the installation which Adam was happy to answer and then he immediately got started on my order. The hitch installation was just under two hours during which time Autumn was happy to chat with me between other customer business. A couple of friendly suggestions: - a chair or two for customers who need/choose to wait - coffee would have been nice Thank you for a drama-free hitch installation!

LYNNELL MYou are much better than the other place who charged for extra days I didn't have their truck. U-Haul did a gereat job. The young lady behind the desk aqt checkout had a terrible allergy day, but was gracious and knew her job.
Mark SI have had negative issues with U-Haul in the past. Many years ago. I have had nothing but good experiences with this U-Haul location. The GM at this location is friendly and represents U-Haul well. I am glad that I gave U-Haul another try.
Ryan LThe first truck the brakes were grinding. And all he said was, would you like a different truck. He knew it when he gave it to me. And the truck was so loud you couldn't hear anything around you.
BARBARA GI secured the rental online flawlessly, however, there were discrepancies in the posted hours of operation. Not a problem at all. Ran into a small hiccup during first month: website does not specify that two (2) locks are required but Shawn clearly explained the how and why. It was handled. I was just grateful to be able to access the unit outside of business hours. Thank you!

SUDUSTIAWN AI was given one rate when I initially reserved the truck. When I picked it up, I was given a more expensive one. I talked to the representative at the counter and the rate was lowered, but not to the online quoted rate. I had to call customer service to have it fixed.

SAMUEL PRefund the safe.move fee as well as the crazy mileage fee. I was quoted 75 cents a mile, not 99 cents. Drive the vehicle from facility to my home and right back. Only used the truck for storage while I remodeled my home. The steering in the truck was off, alot. Like it needs an alignment. Also, there was an annoying marble in the tires when I drove vehicle.
ERICKA HShaun was really awesome, every question I had he answered. I got locked out, so I recommend Gilboes (it was $90). And for easy pass I went to the DMV to purchase one. My storage unit after a year had dust and I saw some beetles in my belongings, but the facility is safe.

TYLER BTuesday was great, and the clerk checked the dolly I requested. Wednesday, I was exhausted and in a rush a d forgot to ask for a dolly. The clerk did not ask, and while I normally don't like upsetting, asking about one truly useful item is nice. Also, whe. I returned just after 5and saw the. Lerk outside to ask for one, he did not take a moment to get me o e or even suggest I add it on the app and grab me one. Have you ever tried to move without a dolly? What happened to customer service. I don't mean Karen abusing you because she had a bad day and doe t want to pay, but when a woman of a certain age, moving alone, asks for a dolly, you get her the dawned dolly.

Michael SI have had next to no communication on this including a receipt. I am disappointed that I had to call back to Michigan to find out where my U-boxes were only to be told that they arrived in Roseville the day before. When I contacted the Roseville location, I was told that the uboxes were waiting there for me to pick up. It would be an additional $100 to deliver them to me. Then, I was charged $58 storage fee for the month on the same day they arrived in Roseville. Seriously? It just seems like $2,600+ is too much to pay. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and big time sticker price. And where is my receipt???
HEIDIE ATrailer was destroyed. All been up towed like crap was pretty ridiculous. I think next time I might just have to find somewhere else to rent a trailer. The guy behind the desk was really rude and didn't want to do his job

LORRI Bmobile pickup/drop off was not convenient at all. Spent 20 min outside the store verifying that I am a real person, wish I would have just went in. My phone died throughout the full day of moving and so drop off was a headache with a dead pone.
Kashtin OThey were late to open, delaying me from picking it up on time. They were rude and talked about inappropriate things while I just stood there waiting for one of them to assist me. They didn't go out to inspect the truck with me. It was dirty inside and there was a massive dent in the side of it. They barely had the information from when I reserved the truck so I had to go through everything all over again. The lied about how much fuel was in it. There was under half a tank, yet told me I had to fill it back to half a tank. When I put fuel on, it actually went lower afterwards so I'm guessing the gauge was messed up. They were gone before the closing time so I couldn't drop it off to an actual person. I was charged more than $40 above what my contract stated without an updated receipt sent to me so no clue what they added to make it shoot up that much. Still haven't received anything stating what all those extra fake charges were. I've rented from every place in town nearly and this was all around the worst experience I've had. I wouldn't ever go back and I'm telling everyone I know just how terrible the service was and how terrible the truck was.

Then cuts a customers second lock off storage unit because they need to know when we are in and out of our unit. So they put second lock on of theirs and makes customers go in the office pick up the key and then has to drop off the key once you're done. If I had more time to research storage places it would not have been this particular one!!
