Yolanda DThe manager guy is awesome. He was very helpful each time I've lost my lock and he was so helpful helping me get into my unit. I was very thankful. I'm not sure who one of the guys are that works in the office, but he likes to put people on hold for a very, very, very, very, very long time a guy with a deep voice. That always puts people on hold, and never comes back to help them. That guy needs to learn how to go back to help people when they're on hold for soooo long, but the manager don't remember his name, super way nuce polite cool guy, very nice, very professional excellent, excellent excellent he should be promoted to a district manager.Honestly.

Guy RThe customer service rep was very friendly and he recommended the best insurance coverage to me just in case anything happened.
SHOREI BThe vehicle cab was not very clean when I picked it up and the check engine light was on. The latter was corrected before I left with the truck. (Code was for an emissions/catalytic converter error. It was cleared and didn’t reappear during my usage period.)
JUNIOUS LThey were really awesome and accommodating to my needs. I called and said I'd be late and they rescheduled my pick up no problem. And they let me bring it back earlier than I anticipated. Overall Chris and Sierra were really nice and professional

GALEN Wtrailer was dirty, didn't have a jack, I wasn't notified ahead of time there was no jack, that's a major problem for me since I have a bad back and was towing with an RV, the agent said I had to have a 2" ball, I said I have 1 7/8" just like the website said I could she said that wont work, it needs to be 2 inches. I was forced to buy a 2" mount on site, I asked her how much the maximum weight I could put into it, and she pointed to the trailer and said "400 lbs" just like it says right there on the trailer, she pointed to the max tongue weight.

RODRIGO RI don't know that when I had to pick up the truck from the same location and return it to the same location after four days, I got one way charge. While my pickup location and drop off location have changed by U Hal, even before pickup and a day before drop off, I received a call and was told that they are talking to U Hal and my location has changed.so way they extra charged for one way truck rental.
