Was aloof and not very attentive. Said was putting my 4 dozen blankets in the truck and only put 6 blankets in, do I had to waste time driving back to the store to get what I ordered. No apology was offered.

Places very clean, but the bathroom facilities were really bad to the point that I had to clean it before I can use it. Because I had to go Unacceptable. Staff professional helpful but your system to reserve a storage with ridiculous. We cannot do it. This is why I had to do it online and was frustrated, but the staff day was very helpful. Might have to upgrade computer services or something.

To improve your service you need to verify that your employee do not steal or overcharge for the gas, I ran 6 miles and they charme 3 gallons of gas. When someone rents a truck at $19.95 for 24 hours, why are they charged for two days if they use the truck for only 6, 8, or 12 hours? If I think that I'm going to use the truck for only 6 or 8 hours, and state that on my rental form, I shouldn't be charged a second days rental, if I go over the 6, 8, or 12 hours. It seems really sneaky to ask a person how long they are going to use the truck, and if they say 8 hours, but exceed that by a few extra hours, you charge them for a second days rental....REALLY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE. Your employees should let all renters know that the trucks can be rented for $19.95 per day period.

The app crashed six times on me. Then the website was freezing and I had to retake the photos about 3 times till they finally submitted. I’ll probably never do this again on the app I will make sure it’s done in times when I can close out with a representative and not online.

They only had 2 employees working and I had to wait over 20 minutes to be seen . I checked in via the app and when I got to the location they were not ready which also caused a delay in meeting

Rented a tow. A bunch of plastic car parts on both ramps I personally had to clean. I reserved tow for 4hrs which only used for hour and a half and received multiple calls and emails that day and the following day on why I didn’t return equipment. I literally told 3 ppl on arrival if I needed to sign or do anything everyone said no we see it. To receive calls and emails that night and the next.

Staff on site are unprofessional and do not support the app's guidance. Mobile pick-ups end up taking much longer because they are either short-staffed or simply do not follow the guidelines for customers who opt for the quicker mobile pick-up.

The location and the workers were great however the Uhaul experience is not that great. It's very time consuming. Your app is very glitchy. You have the option to use the counter person for help but when you get there they still make you do the whole process through the phone and the app. This needs be easier and less stressful.

I want to start by saying that the workers on the clock were great. They were very helpful and accommodating. The trucks however were pretty rough. Out of the three that I had, only one had about a 1/2 tank of gas, the other two were empty. One truck broke down 3 times before I could get to the entrance of the parking lot. For the insane charges/ fees, I expect a lot more from Uhaul/

Great facility, but the lock policies are unfair. Must use a uhaul lock but if it gets jammed you have to have the lock cut by their professional and pay an $80 fee. You can’t use your own lock or locksmith and the locks are known to jam. Not fair.

This place is horrible, the communication is horrible. I move to another state and and I requested to move out, I went to get my things out before my payment due date and they had a lock on it. I called soo many times, I sent messages, I went online with costumer service and nothing worked. I was charged for 2 months after my move out day and now I am receiving messages I that own almost 1,000 dollars. I have proof from all the times that I’ve try to contact this place and all the messages I’ve sent. Horrible

This U-haul facility is very clean, stocked and very well organized. Upon entering the lobby of the office location, the visual display and neat organization of items, were very impressive. Extremely noteworthy also is the actual visual of storage unit sizes, relative to their projected measurements. Such visuals were unique and extremely helpful in the decision/selection process for this customer. It also made the whole process very expedient. Such was the case during my first encounter of reservation. The male [I can't recall his name] was very professional, but could have been more cordial; however, the process was seamless. Noteworthy also was how quickly he responded to other callers, notifying them of a brief hold, while completing my transaction in a timely manner. The storage facility was extremely clean, and the entry & exit protocols were also extremely satisfactory. The storage unit's alarm system provided great peace of mind. Nathaly, I must say is an awesome Supervisor. During my first encounter with her, not knowing her position, I was very impressed with her customer service skills as well--very personable, cordial, courteous, awesomely pleasant personality. She went above and beyond. These were just a few of the many attributes she personified, before I discovered she was the supervisor. Overall, beyond the snafu and misinformation, not caused by this facilit, I'm extremely pleased with the service I received at this Uhaul. Thank you!

Easily accessible relative to parking; huge, clean building; safe looking environment. Office clean and well organized; visually appealing and provides a unique, visual in store view of units' actual sizes, which speeds up the decision and booking process. This place is full of thieves when another tenant stole something a year ago nothing was done. Any issue I’ve ever had was never resolved and when I try to call I’m on hold for 20 min plus, if you look at my profile I have spoken to customer service on numerous occasions. Plus once my things were sold they told me that it wasn’t worth anything. I had a brand new Queen sized bed and the frame. Someone is using the tv that was stored in that facility, activity popped up on my Netflix account. The Newark location has some nerve to still send me a bill when I KNOW things of value were in my unit. Jordan’s, purses, artwork, pillow top mattress in plastic.

Todas las veces que usado la compañía nunca he tenido ningún problemas,hasta el día de ayer ..cuando me hicieron el cobro final, me cobraron $550 cuando en realidad mi factura debió de ser $120 dollar., me acusaron que el vehículo tenía un choque en la puerta., Gracias a que de costumbre tomó fotos del vehículo a la hora de entrega y entregarlo Asi pude probar que yo no choqué el cargo van. Aun estoy en espera un día más por mi reembolso de mi dinero el cual sigue un día más pendiente…….. me ha ocasionado problema en mi cuenta bancarias para pagar mis demás facturas….. recomiendo a todo el que lea esto que se proteja tomando fiscos siempre….

What a horrible wait time and management. I vê been receiving phone calls and voicemails even though I check out this storage on the last month that was giving to me as courtesy. The young lady at the front desk told me that all I needed was to return my card and nothing else that it will be close that same day. Apparently she is mistaken or just didn’t care being that she was busy! I’m going through a lot at this time in my life reason why I choose not answer! The facility always appeared short staff and there was always a line. Never felt like the employees knew how to answer questions properly and always had to reach out to the manager. Also, didn’t appreciate that mid way through my rental the price was increased from what I was originally told and this was an inconvenience considering there was no forewarning. Lastly, this facility is way too expensive; there are other facilities in the area with cheaper prices.

I had a Ubox rental with this location. The same day I packed my unit, I noticed the unit was damaged. (The front panel was missing screws leaving my items exposed.) I immediately brought it to their attention and was told that my unit would be repaired. Three (3) days later I called to try and have my Ubox shipped to me and there was no record of them housing my things. My unit was shown to have been not only empty but ready for the next customer's use. Only to find out the location had my name filed with the wrong reservation number. After no avail with customer service (because the location never answered the phone nor returned my calls) I had to physically return to the location to resolve the issues. After ONLY 10 DAYS of using their less than adequate services, I was forced to remove all of my items from this facility. The Ubox was NOT repaired and without explanation or resolve from the facilities discrepancies I had to take my business elsewhere. After all the hassle I was still charged full price for a service I couldn't even use due to mishaps on this locations behalf and no fault of my own. I will NOT recommend this location to anyone nor use their services again!

The facilities were great, new, and really clean. The only reason I rented here was because I needed 24 hour access. Well it’s currently 230am and I need to get into my unit and the woman at the front desk didn’t add the 24hour access into my account so now I’m our here in the cold and can’t get in! I called customer service and it can only be added in site. Well I need to be on a flight by 9am tomorrow and the office doesn’t open until 9am. You really screwed me!!!
