Called UHAUL and did a after hours drop off, very easy process
Pam JStaff is more into what you bring in & out of your storage than doing your job and making sure this place is without problems. For example Kakesha instead of being polite & helpful , was very rude and unprofessional. Not only that she snatched a pallet out of my hands saying that the pallet was accounted for and was part of their pallets they got inventory on when we unloaded a whole 53ft trailer of pallets and inventory into multiple units . I would think since the place is new you would get a better experience but not the case !

Alvaro EThe young man who helped me, Dantail Morris, was very kind and patient with me, especially when my stress and frustration over the whole situation deteriorated into tears. (Not the fault of U-Haul, this move was unexpected.) I am a short person and it was a very big truck, but we got it done and none the worse for wear. I recommend this store to anyone! ( But next time I will get a smaller truck!! :)

He showed us the carts, actually loaded if for us, took us to our unit, explained the door lock, unloaded our cart and took us back to our car. As senior citizens, we needed and appreciated this fine service.

JUAN MNo customer service. All U-Haul wants to do is have as few people & be totally dependent on the internet. That way when there is a screw up they aren’t responsible sweet gig. But I would most definitely not recommend U-haul! WARNING BEWEAR OF THERE GIMICS AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, ONCE THEY SUCK YOU IN YOUR LEFT HANGING WITH PROBLEMS AND CORPORATE DOSEN’T TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY OF ANYTHING BECAUSE THE STORES ARE PRIVATELY OWNED. Corporate your company is & should be all about customer service but the joke is it’s not.

JARVIS COnly had 1 employee working on Sunday. Made it to facility to picked up reserved truck 30 mins after opening and stood on line 45 mins. before being seen.
MICHAEL BCARPLAY capability w/ at least a 7” screen for use of the Maps app. Nothing else comes to mind. Excellent service, advice and personnel - highly recommend! Thank you!

james dThe only complaint I have is that the trailers do not have jacks on them which presents hazards to lift and secure and remove from the auto. The staff is pleasant however and when I returned it the female staff did not offer to unhook it. I am 60 years old and the trailer is too heavy to be lifting and removing. A jack attached to the trailers would make it much easier and safer to handle these trailers. I have hauled trailers all my life grew up on farms etc., why you would not have a jack on a trailer is of concern. Also many people rent these for the weekends etc., and need to detach the trailer without a jack there is more of a risk of injury and damage to the trailer. Please consider these comments going forward.

MELVIN MThe only complaint I have is I reserved a truck at one location and when I was contacted to confirm I was told my reservation was moved to another location and nobody called or informed me!! My moving day had a tight schedule and if I hadn’t been called to confirm it would have caused a problem! I kept asking why didn’t anyone call to let me know of the change and nobody could answer that other than I was told it’s controlled by Memphis. And I told the representative Uhaul needs to get their act together.
SUSAN BI booked my U haul at a different location and picked it up at the 4209 location. The 4209 was not as friendly and nice as first location and I felt rushed. Then when I returned it an hour early and under fifty miles of the 150 I paid for in the original price, the lady was nice and told me I could leave and I would get an email reflecting my refund of my mileage and hour early drop off. I did see an email I missed at 10:20 am on 11/26 about checking my license plate and condition of the truck but I didn’t see that until I returned the truck in. However, the lady at 10:15 at 4209 location did say verify license plate but didn’t say it was online. I still haven’t seen anything on the receipt reflecting my mileage. My tank was filled to where it was suppose to be and I left 4209 at mileage of 154932 and returned it 155028. I took a picture of the mileage upon return. I have a CDL and drive a school bus so this 20ft truck was a breeze. Just need to make sure I have copy of final receipt..
MISTY FI made an online reservation for a 24-hour rental with an appliance dolly. The confirmation listed the truck, insurance, and dolly as "Confirmed," with no hint of a potential unavailability of the dolly. Upon arrival, I was informed that no dolly was available. Questioning the confirmation, I was told it only pertained to the truck. My dissatisfaction was met with a confrontational "are we going to have a problem?" The clerk inquired about my return time, and I confirmed the 24-hour reservation, mentioning a possible early return without committing to it. The following morning, a call from another clerk accused me of being late and threatened additional charges. I explained my 24-hour reservation, but was told the contract indicated an earlier return time and that my credit card could be charged for the fees. The staff member who processed the truck's return was pleasant, unlike the rental counter staff.

DEWAYNE BBeing this is a brand new facility owned by U-Haul, I excepted it to be well stocked and well staffed. However, even though the website let me rent two dollys the employee stated they had none as “this was a new store”. This employee also would not rent the trailer to my husband because he had an out of state license. That license is valid. When asked to speak with a manager about this as we have rented many of times in various places across the US with different state license, she state there was no manager on site. Therefore he had to leave and I had to leave what I was doing to come to the U-Haul facility because I happen to already switched to a Mississippi license. It then took over half an hour to get access to the trailer as they continued to report the system was “new”.
