JUSTIN FWas a good low miles truck. Cost me about 120 dollars more than a rental from the airport but last resort. Thanks again customer service from the lady at the front desk was 5 star. Attitude and friendly smile was everything. Thanks again if in desperate need again will definitely come back to this location.
ATWOOD GI made a reservation online. I put in all my personal information, my credit card number, emergency contact, etc.. I received a confirmation email after I made the reservation and I had a confirmation/reservation number. When I showed up to the location they did not have any record of my reservation despite me having a confirmation number. I had to give them all my personal information again and my credit card number and TWO emergency contacts. I made the reservation online to save time but that not work and did not save me time. When I came to return the truck after hours, I had to call the customer service number and sit on hold for 10 minutes waiting for someone to answer because, again, there was no record of my rental in the U-Haul app so it would not let me return it on my own. Overall the process was frustrating and was not efficient as promised.

BRENDA PI picked up the trailer and there was no assistance or inspection. The trailer was muddy and had to be cleaned before I could load it. The trailer tires were so worn that Road Side Assistance had to be called when I was 500 miles away from home to replace both tires. I will have to give kudos to Road Side. They met me in just over an hour after call placed and was well prepared to address my issue.

Julius H | Overall ExperienceI believe I would say attention to detail. On the first experience I was overcharged for packs of blankets and that I was missing 3. I had found one, but we had only used two. It was raining and maybe in haste they were not counted correctly as they would have been wet. The double charge ended up being $29 for damage/missing blankets. If they were truly missing. Then it’s shame on me for not following up with the count. I was refunded for the double charge and the extra bundle of blankets not received. And I know that the return of the truck had a quarter tank but was listed as an eighth. When I returned the first rental I reserved another rental for a week later. Discussed having a 20 ft truck and an appliance dolly. However, when I came to pick up that rental there were no 20 foot truck and received another 26 as the first rental. I was credited and charged for a 20. Still as not on my part following up on the rental/purchase on the second rental I did not check for the appliance dolly. And had to go back but then there was none available. With all this going on, I would still recommend this location to anyone needing storage or moving. Personnel have a great attitude. I whist want more attention from both parties, the location and the renter. Overall my experience was great!

Charmaine SI was over charged… i was not explained to take survey before leaving.. My phone was dead and didn’t see it until afterwards. He didn’t shoe me gas and everything but says the gas was on 3/8 but that was a lie it was on 1/2.. i didn’t post attention until mid way … i called and nothing was resolved. As manager was supposed to call back but didn’t. I wouldn’t recommend this location because everything was thoroughly explained or showed.

CHIP CWhere the 5x9 trailer I rented was parked when I picked it up and on the return the slight incline of the location made it difficult to attach and then remove hitch and place on the stand. This is easily cured with the rubber wheel chocks. Staff was Great and the experience was Great. I did let them know they needed to let corporate know their location did not come up a few weeks ago or this time when I needed equipment but I actually rode through their lot this time the night before and saw what I needed and used their web site to make the reservation.

mark sI don't think customers should be charged for using uhaul equipment if it's not leaving the premises. If you need to use a dolly to move items from one storage to another storage unit on the premises you shouldn't be charged to use equipment
Jacquelyn HRequested a floor dolly but they didn't have one and gave me an appliance dolly that I did not use. Hopefully, I was not charged for it.

Tracey didn’t drop off the Unboxes on time with no notification ahead; didn’t drop off at the promising time the next morning and finally drop off two UBoxes failing different directions, on the trailer and without unloading them on the drive way. I ordered the right amount, then I thought I could get away with only two and cancelled one within 7 days as offered, then realized I did need it, I called back and they added it back to the order, no problem. They showed up when they said they would, they placed the boxes in an easily accessible way, and NOT A SINGLE ITEM WAS DAMAGED once we unloaded. Moving across the country was stressful but not working with U Box. 10/10 would recommend! Thank y’all so much for everything!

Pam JStaff is more into what you bring in & out of your storage than doing your job and making sure this place is without problems. For example Kakesha instead of being polite & helpful , was very rude and unprofessional. Not only that she snatched a pallet out of my hands saying that the pallet was accounted for and was part of their pallets they got inventory on when we unloaded a whole 53ft trailer of pallets and inventory into multiple units . I would think since the place is new you would get a better experience but not the case !

(Not the fault of U-Haul, this move was unexpected.) I am a short person and it was a very big truck, but we got it done and none the worse for wear. I recommend this store to anyone! ( But next time I will get a smaller truck!! :)
