I was able to drop it off after hours. The location was well organized. I didn't really deal with any personnel.
MARK AThis was my first time using the Uhaul containers and it was amazing. I got furniture moved 1,300 miles and had no problems. The staff on both sides of the move were very helpful and friendly. The cost of this was 1/2 the other container companies. Highly recommend.

ELIEZER DI have three main things that bothered me during this. 1. You cannot actually set up the Ubox delivery online. You think you can because that is what you are lead to believe but they require you to call anyway to “make sure it is scheduled.” I ended up having to adjust my move dates because I missed the phone call. 2. I don’t know how but everything was covered in this black soot upon arrival despite being in a locked wooden crate. And I am talking thick soot not a light dusting. 3. The website is annoying to try and navigate during this whole process. It refused to let me make an account and then kept sending me back to the login screen every time I clicked on something. It also doesn’t let you adjust any pickup/delivery photos after the first chance so good luck if you need to adjust that. The one good thing about this experience was the drivers. They both worked with me to ensure I got everything set up the way I needed and answered the few questions I had.

Gary HThe customer representative exhibited rude and unprofessional behavior during my visit. He was intentionally belligerent. For context, I am a black woman, and he is a white male. I had completed the reservation online days before arriving at the U-Haul location, providing my credit card number, driver's license information, and an additional point of contact. Upon arrival, the representative asked for this information again despite having retrieved my reservation in their system and clearly viewing it on his computer screen. He even took photos of the front and back of my license without indicating whose phone was used for this purpose. His attitude was indifferent and dismissive, which was both unnecessary and frustrating. When he was finally done with this charade, instead of handing us a key directly like the other representative was doing for his customers inside, this rep instructed us to obtain the key from the lockbox outside—a process intended for those who complete their reservation via the app and bypass entering the store. Overall, it was a frustrating experience. I had done absolutely nothing to provoke his behavior. My general demeanor is very mild-mannered. It's my nature. This time was no different. I simply showed up for my rental. I will not use this service again.

TIMUR CI am very happy with the experience of renting a U-Box from UHaul. Everyone I interacted with from UHaul was very friendly, courteous, and efficient at their job. There were many occasions where a UHaul agent checked in with me to keep me informed of the status of my U-Box delivery. Everything arrived safely exactly as I had packed it, which tells me some care is taken in the handling of the boxes as they get transported across the country (in my case). I appreciate the attention to detail UHaul practices in confirming the location of U-Box placement. This makes loading/unloading much easier. There was an exceptional number of times, however, I kept receiving messages to upload photos of the dropoff location for the U-Box. Initially upon placing my order, I had described in detail their exact placement, so I felt this was a bit redundant. But I understand the effort to avoid confusion as to the correct location. Also, I did not visit any of the actual UHaul locations since I had the U-Box delivered and picked up at both ends. That is the reason for my "Average" rating.

Matthew MWe go to this specific location because it is closest to our house, but I would not recommend. The gentleman who works there regularly & has been there for sometime has terrible customer service skills. Doesn’t greet, always seems to be in a bad mood, and appears to be a negative person. We were also charged a cleaning fee for leaving something small in the back of the truck. That gentleman could possible use a career change. Service is not for him.
KEYONTAYA RThe ratchets for the straps were tight and could have been lubed, had a bad bad harness that had to be changer before we left for the lights. Employee was super great, very helpful getting us fixed up right before closing time.

ANDRE TAsk them if they understand how to return the vehicle after hours. The process wasn’t necessarily hard, but if a customer hasn’t gone through it, and/or isn’t 100% aware of the U-Haul app, how to navigate it, it can be challenging.

Alaya CReturned truck 2/1/25 @ 6:50pm, person at desk was sleep. Didn’t check my truck in that night & lied and said I returned the truck the next day at 10:17 am . I was charged another 59.40 for a WHOLE DAY when I should’ve been getting money back b/c I didn’t use all the miles. Highly disappointed. I will never use this location again. I was told the manager would reach out and refund but it’s been a whole day and I haven’t heard a thing . If I could give 0 stars I would.

ERIC BDrop off drivers were excellent, especially the lady who picked up the containers. Friendly and helpful. Customer service support personnel were als very good, friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that it’s difficult to see the account details on your website. Really doesn’t show well the unit pickup/ charges etc.

TARIKA CI cannot recommend this U-Haul location. Really poor customer service attitude, very expensive with unexplained review of the fees. Just an overall poor experience.
JOHN WStore manager decided to charge my account without consent for over $600. When I called they said it was for furniture pads not being returned. I returned my pads in Washington upon delivery of the pods because I did not need them. Manager should have reached out prior to charging my card. Bad customer service. Still no solution and still no call back from the manager.

But only after I had to call UHaul and UHaul called the manager at the pick up location. This UBox service has been a stressful and total disaster.

carina WNow that I have found this location and its owner, I won’t use any other local U-Haul location. This place is the best.
JANICE BThere was less than half a tank of gas when I got it, meaning I would have to fill up twice if I was going very far. The worst thing was the condition of the inside of the truck. There was thick broken glass EVERYWHERE and I cut my hand trying to clean it up before I could load anything into it. Not happy.
