Once I talked with your associate, I found that my concerns about finding the right vehicle, and the cost of moving my items from spot to spot were nothing to worry about. He helped me find the best trailer for my move, and at the best price. The trailer was clean and in good shape, and my move ended up being a quick and efficient solution to my issue.

Sammy TI went to one U-Haul near my home (5 min) and they told me they dont have Vans there at this time, so they sent me to another U-Haul about 30 min away. So instead of paying millagege 15 miles I had to pay for about 40 miles. I dont think that is fair for the customer.

John FDue to my interaction with this U-Haul location, I will absolutely exhaust all other possible rental options before using U-Haul again. Rude, poor communication and devious business practices. I will not recommend U-Haul to anyone because of this location.

ANTHONY IThe windows of the truck and mirrors were very dirty. Also we had a tire tread come apart on the left rear inner tire and had to wait 2 hours for a tire company to show up in the middle of no where. . I am a mechanic and all the rear tires had dry rot cracks. The fronts looked somewhat better. Also the driver side windshield had a large scratch from a previous I'm guessing bad wiper blade that was located right in my line of vision. In my opinion this vehicle should not have been rented for an 8 hour drive through 3 states. Also it was hard to get the hand brake released..
WILLARD MI will be asking for a reimbursement of some funds. A/C is 50/50, has a obvious fuel injector or carbonation issue.
SCOTT SVery nice fully stocked location. Convenient to our home… Lot could use some attention massive hole full of water made it hard to hook to trailer

DALE HInstall was not done correctly and when it was brought back even though it was checked, the turn signals did not work for most if our 15 hour trip, and the store at our arrival destination has to fix most of the install since it was done incorrectly. And the trailer we booked months ahead was not delivered so we had a larger one which cause our stuff to shift around more than necessary throughout the trip.

stanley kIt would be helpful if they showed you how features on the truck like cruise control worked. Also they need some education in the trucks as they told me the clearance was 10 feet in the 26 foot truck…. I saw that the clearance was 12 feet .

ROBIN AThis truck was sufficient for my local use, but would have been annoying for a longer trip. It had 135K miles, the cab was noisy because weather strips were worn and the rubber on the windshield wiper was loose making the wiper noisy.
